Hi Tiffany, I was just going to let this go since I took my business elsewhere anyways until today I received an email from Laura asking me if I was still interested?! When her and Robert didn't even ATTEMPT to really try to earn my business but instead ignored me for two days and hit my credit about ten times. I can't believe she had the cojones to really try to follow up on a lead with a customer she and her manager completely crapped on. I did attempt to call you just now however there was no answer. If you wanna provide me your email we can communicate better that way, I think. The way I was treated is unacceptable and your employees need to do better.
