I was received very warmly by Steven Knight, who said who would take care of it. I got a call way before my scheduled time for the oil change to have been completed, and he said it was ready! Steven was very helpful and really cared about giving me excellent service. I only take my vehicle to ORR and no else because people like Steve and their commitment to helping and outdoing my expection(s) of customer service. More
