I don’t know if this is rating dealership or salesperson. I liked meeting and working with Jason Maygora in sales. He is new and still learning. A very polite friendly young man. He was very patient with me. He did a good job. The dealership needs to refine their processes to speed up the car buying process. I financed the trade thru my credit union. I was not offered the option of any dealer financing. Then it was a battle to make the deal. Orr wouldn’t release the title until they were paid. Likewise, my CU wouldn’t release money unless the dealer gave them the title. I could have bought the truck in two days if Orr would have sent copy of title to CU. But it took 10 days to get the truck. I only talked to salesman and financial person. So not a lot of hand-offs. This was the longest time I have spent trading vehicles in 47 years and dozens of vehicles. Dealership was clean and I liked being able to park by front door. Other dealers in FS park new cars in front of building with no customer parking close. Of course the salespeople were trolling the parking lot like hungry sharks. You gotta love car dealerships. More

I have personal experience to back up that claim. I wont be back to any Orr dealership or service department. This is standard practice for them. More
