The Overall good rating Would have been otherwise excellent if not for the experience in finance. We Did experience a concern in the Finance Department. The Explanation of the payment plan was not done. Only asked what amount we wanted to pay every 2 weeks to save on interest. We Only learned of fees for a payment plan service after receiving email notification And not in the finance office. We thought the payments were being set up thru the bank not a service. They need to fully explain to customers about the products they are selling and not just sign them up. I’m sure it benefits some people but this was not a service needed nor wanted. We would have never agreed to a service. I’m glad we logged into the email and recognized what was going to happen. I contact Joel The operations manager who was very pleasant and understanding and canceled the payment service for us. More
