Horrible service department. The truck buying process was made fairly easy, thanks to a great salesman. Since buying the truck, I've had several mechanical issues with the truck which has caused me to b in the shop way too much for a brand new 2019 Silverado. Joe in service has been outstanding. The service manager on the other hand has been a nightmare. Hands down the worst service manager who provides the worst customer assistance. He has been nothing but rude and unhelpful. I have yet to hear an apology for his awful service. Will never buy another truck from Orr based on his customer care. More
