Decent Experience I took my wife’s car in for oil change and tire rotation. Talked to service when I dropped it off. I waited in the waiting area and after a very long I took my wife’s car in for oil change and tire rotation. Talked to service when I dropped it off. I waited in the waiting area and after a very long time, approximately 2.5 hours I went to check status of my car and it was done. They called my wife’s name & not mine so I never knew it was done. Service was good but wait time was terrible. They need to make a note of who brings in the vehicle to avoid instances like this. More
