Felt Rushed The guy explained the service protection plan to us but he never told us the price so we could decide if we wanted it or not. he didn't go over the c The guy explained the service protection plan to us but he never told us the price so we could decide if we wanted it or not. he didn't go over the contract with us, just said signed here and here. never told us the amount being financed, the interest rate or nothing. Didn't give us a copy of the papers. On Saturday after thinking about things I called and asked about the paper tag. I was told that it was illegal to take a tag off one car and put it on another car. I was told I could get a paper tag if that would make me feel better. So I drove all the way back to Fort Smith 50 miles away, to get the paper tag. I talk to a man and he explained to me that we could put our tag on the 'new' car. I asked him about the paper work and he said you will get a copy of it in about 3 weeks. I felt like the whole thing was very unsettling, and I am still worried about driving the 'new' car, because besides getting the insurance on the car I have no other papers showing ownership. I just feel the situation could have been handled better, more information could have been provided. I never meet Kenny Robe, I talked with him on the phone, when we got the dealer for a test drive Katy Weymouth was the one that took us and she only let us drive the car around the block. More
