Each time I have been to Orr Chevrolet I have been treated with extreme kindness and courtesy. Elias did a great job coordinating the entire thing! While waiting for "diagnosis", my two kids were looking at the cars on the showroom floor. Eric Oswald talked with them and treated them so nicely as the ooohed and awwwed over the Cameros and Corvettes. The shop foreman also helped us, but I cannot remember his name.
