Chevy Cruze My car was to be fixed and called us and told us it was had a family member pick it up and drove it home and the service engine light was still on, it My car was to be fixed and called us and told us it was had a family member pick it up and drove it home and the service engine light was still on, it wasn’t fixed had to take the car back today and leave it again for it to hopefully be fixed, was given a loaner bc I can’t be two weeks without having something to drive, and this is the second time in a yr I’ve had this happen they say it’s fixed and the light comes right back on when leaving with it, I get charged a new deductible when something else goes wrong, even though it was not fixed right the first time. I spoke with Lea today and told her I shouldn’t have to pay again since obviously whatever they fixed wasn’t the problem, hope they get it right the next time, I have bought several vehicles from Orr Searcy but if this doesn’t change I won’t be a returning customer!!! More
