Sold me a car with no inspection sticker. They replaced the windshield. I even paid for an inspection sticker on my financing. They won't put a new one on. Worst customer service ever. I wish I could do less than a star, that is too much credit for this dealership. No matter how good of a deal they are showing you on paper I guarantee that in their spreadsheets you are getting screwed credit for this dealership. Don't even bother looking at prices online because that is NOT what you will pay. I have attached a photo of a sheet they gave me for a 2022 Telluride that was advertised at $39k on their website but take a look at the sales price. Also it was advertised as CPO but they want to charge you $2995 for it to be certified. They blatantly use false advertising and bait and switch tactics to lure you into their dealership. Also I would almost bet money that 98% of the 5 star reviews are from themselves and their employees. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Also I've had similar Orr dealerships in town but Orr KIA is the worst of the worst. More

Brea always greets me with a smile on her face and a fantastic attitude. She is employee of the material. If there is an employee of the month program on place, Brea should be at the top of the list. BEWARE OF THE DEALERSHIP! !! I purchased a used pacfica from this dealership. The car broken down the day they delivered it. My family and I were stranded on the freeway. We ju !! I call the dealership and told them. I wanted a refund or help. The sales manager told me they dont do refunds and it wasnt their problem anymore. Please be aware this dealership is shady. Please dont buy a car from them. I have reported them to BBB. The sales manager should be fired. I shouldve been able to return the car and gotten a refund. He was increadible rude. Should have called the New Media or a lawyer. The car was diagnosis with a broken tranmission that they were aware of. It took 2months to repair. THEY SHOULD HAVE THEIR DEALER LICENSE REVOKED!!! Hope this review save someone going through the trouble of buying a used car from this shady dealership. More
