Paid for the car in full and it was delivered late with scratched headlights, a missing head rest and 100 extra miles. Awful experience. We came in on a Saturday morning and everything was great until the sale was made. Immediately after all professionalism was gone. We were sent to the finance office to sign papers and because I’ve never completed a wire transfer before I had questions about the process. Right away Angelina from the finance department began raising her voice and slapping papers on the desk telling us to sign anytime we tried to ask a question. Finally the wire transfer was sent and we were told the car could be picked up on Monday. On Monday morning we called the dealership when they opened at 9 and Abby Johnson (our salesperson) told us the financial department said the money had not been sent and they refused to check the account again until the following morning. I called my bank and they informed me the money had been removed from my account and sent to theirs at 7 am on the same day. We called Joey Fefel the sales manager and he began yelling over the phone about how no promises were made about a timeline for this process while making weird condescending remarks about our marital status in relevance to us co-signing. At this point we had paid for a car in full and nothing to show for it except a few signed papers. Tuesday afternoon the vehicle was delivered and the headlights were scratched, a head rest was missing, and there were 100 more miles on the car due to them claiming to have driven to multiple inspection sites in Texas. I knew car buying was an terrible experience but this was beyond, it seemed like effort was made to make it worse than necessary. More

The service department is absolutely horrible. Worst dealership I have ever been to. My car needs a new transmission. It a 2021 not even 10k miles on it. Thanks to the bossier Kia finance department, they make it real tough to use another lender . After 3 attempts of getting Them to use somebody else with a cheap cheaper interest rate , it became so late to it real tough to use another lender . After 3 attempts of getting Them to use somebody else with a cheap cheaper interest rate , it became so late today. I had to go with the Kia finance . So now the in convenience of having to go get a cheaper interest rate loan to pay the Kia loan off because the way they do business there . If it wasn't for the Kia brand and them having one I definitely would go somewhere else . More

New vehicle was advertised at 37000 dollars, when my wife inquired to purchase the price was raised to 48000. The reason being was that he said they haven't sold a car for msrp in 6 months. That's a 30 perce inquired to purchase the price was raised to 48000. The reason being was that he said they haven't sold a car for msrp in 6 months. That's a 30 percent markup, national average is less than 5 percent markup even with shortages. When we told Brad, our salesman, that we would be looking elsewhere he became sarcastic and arrogant. These guys epitomize every bad thing said about greedy and underhanded car salesmen. More

I bought a truck from them, that was one of the worst mistakes of my life. I directly had no problems with the salesperson, Brad. However, the manager, Jimmy, was very problematic and unwilling to correc mistakes of my life. I directly had no problems with the salesperson, Brad. However, the manager, Jimmy, was very problematic and unwilling to correct any wrongs. Upon test driving the truck, the windshield had a crack that went horizontally over at least 2/3 of the windshield. Before buying, they agreed to replace it whenever I had time. The reason for when I had time was because I was leaving that night for work. I work offshore and wouldn't be home for 28 days. The salesperson honored the agreement on the windshield and had it repaired when I got home. However, when I got to the truck after finishing my hitch offshore the battery was dead. I double checked and didn't leave anything on, the battery is bad. While waiting on the paperwork for the truck I was buying, I noticed on 3 separate occasions employees taking power station jump starters out of the building and into the parking lot. I didn't think anything of it until my truck wouldn't start. That is the first the problem which Jimmy is not willing to help with. The next problem is the tailgate will not open now and the plastic cap on top the tailgate is now coming off. After inspecting it, I noticed that there are 2 screws in the top cap that don't belong there and that the screws for access panel have been taken out. There are a couple of those screws that have the head stripped out. It seems that it was slapped together and made to hold just long enough for the sale. This is the second problem Jimmy is unwilling to correct. I've had the vehicle for about 5 weeks now, 4 of those it was parked in a secure location, and have already had 3 issues which all signs indicate the dealership knew of and there is nothing they will do to remedy it. I cannot recommend anyone buy a vehicle from Orr Kia in Bossier City, at least while Jimmy is the manager. More
