Warranty guidelines My car has been at the service dept for one week. And it’s still not done, not sure why I even got this survey. Everytime I pick up my vehicle I have to take it right back because you guys won’t fix what the problem is the first time because it’s coveraged under my Nissan warranty you guys won’t make any money. So you guys have fixed everything around the problem hoping it will stop the issue and it doesn’t. So of course you still end up making money but not fixing my vehicle and putting me at an inconvenience all week. If I didn’t have 3 kids I would have took it to another Nissan dealer but I live right by the place so it’s convenient and easier for me since I can’t get around anywhere. I had to file a complaint before I get any call backs or answers why my vehicle is not being fixed. More
