Orr Nissan East

Today Orr Nissan lost a customer for life. I took my Nissan Truck in for an oil chane and checked in at 9:03. At 10:30 i checked and can see my trucked parked against the back wall. No text or an update. At 10:50 i saw my trucked still parked but i raised enough commotion that the service manager finally came to talk to Me and said they were doing an inspection on it. But the conversation wasnt pleasant. At 11:15 i saw my trucked still still in the same spot so i walked out to the service bay, found the service manager and demanded now that my truck get out. He was verry polite then. More

Krissy Alexander greeted us with a friendly smile and professionalism. She was not pushy at all like most car sales people are.
