Dangerous service department Paid $1600 getting my Titan ready for a long trip. My break calipers were not properly bolted down. The driver side caliper lost a bolt and fell into the wheel. The power steering fluid was overfilled and soaking the alternator. Cannot get management to engage and discuss the problem. After notifying my service advisor the phone has gone silent with no attempt to correct. Stay clear of the service department. Poor work quality and they do not stand behind their mistakes. More
