It starts with customer service From the Assistant Service Manager who set the stage for the dealership, to the shuttle driver who was made sure I was transported to and from my othe From the Assistant Service Manager who set the stage for the dealership, to the shuttle driver who was made sure I was transported to and from my other engagements. Lustine's service was a great experience. Their Upgrade Program lead (martin Hepburn) and a polished salesman (Doug Canty) will easily earn your return business! Having vehicle trouble hundreds of miles from home can be daunting. I am glad I chose this dealership to help me get back on track. Lustine is a dealership to choose for life. More

No Customer Service After signing Papers My son and I purchased a vehicle here over 2 years ago and once we left the lot with the Hyundai, the whole attitude changed. They couldn't be bothere My son and I purchased a vehicle here over 2 years ago and once we left the lot with the Hyundai, the whole attitude changed. They couldn't be bothered with follow up on a fob key or cleaning the vehicle and changing the oil as they promised before we signed on the dotted line. Fast forward 2 1/2 years and they happened to have the vehicle we wanted this go around - a Chrysler so he purchased again. The staff and management are great once again until you walk out the door. This time around it has been over 2 weeks and they have not paid off the older vehicle that is back on their lot. It's always tomorrow. I will make a point to steer people away from this unprofessional dealership! Typically I have given great reviews on DealerRater but not for this dealership!!!! More

Still Excited!! Cool as the other side of the pillow!! Azmi Sabah and Lamar Wallace are awesome! I just bought a Grand Cherokee yesterday and I love everything about Cool as the other side of the pillow!! Azmi Sabah and Lamar Wallace are awesome! I just bought a Grand Cherokee yesterday and I love everything about it. I went in thinking I wasn't going to find the car I wanted and boy was I wrong. Lamar took me straight to their satellite lot and found the Jeep for me, the Black on Black Altitude. I love it!! And it didn't stop there. Not only did Azmi make the financing process smooth, he told me so many great places to go to show off my sweet ride! I couldn't be any happier! I loved everything about Lustine. Thanks guys! More
