Super helpful, patient and friendly I was in the unavoidable position of having to assist my mother in finding and purchasing a new vehicle. Every visit we were treated with the same level of care, compassion and enthusiasm....despite being repeat tire kicking customers. In the end the Optima was the winner, who could resist that manufacturers warranty combined with the features for that price? The buying process was seamless and pain free. Pricing was matched without hesitation to True Car, and the explanation of warranty and additional options was simple enough that I didn't have to translate to "mom speak". I've always been wary of dealerships, having been in the auto industry for 15+ years, but this was a fantastic experience. More

I wasn't really expecting to literally "sign & drive" kinda thing but that was just what happened indeed. I had done my homework and out of several internet quotes I received , Ourisman's was the best price. When I walked in I didn't feel harassed nor intimidated by the sales staff. In fact, the interaction was very professional and a personal touch by each one on the team. Jeff Hoyt, the Manager was very instrumental on guiding me through the car purchasing process and I even had a lower APR than what I already had so it was a no brainier to finance thru them. Ryan Scarola was very helpful and took me and my family for a test drive and explained all features and packages available with no pressure whatsoever. Erin from financial got me the best rate for financing as well as explained in great detail all extended warranty / coverage options in addition to the standard 10 years/ 100 K miles. Last but not least Stephanie went over all the cool features and options it was loaded with even in Spanish! My family and I are very happy with the Optima and with the overal experience. I'd definitely recommend Ourisman KIA to anyone who is the market for new or used car. More
