I made a phone call to the dealership at 9:00 Am Saturday morning. I spoke to him about seeing a new Kia on line. I explained we did not have transportation to come to the dealership. He made arrangements for Jeff Hoyt to come and pick us up and take us to the dealership. He was very helpful in getting me the price I wanted and made sure everything went well for us. We had a great experience working with Henry. He showed us a great vehicle suitable to our needs. He was patient with us. He worked quickly knowing we had two young children with us. Bought a BMW from these guys which turned out to be a huge burden. Word to the wise, never by a BMW from a KIA dealership. The BMW had plenty of issues that suddenly appeared such as cupped tires, worn out rotors, defective rear brake light, and oh yes, 3 bent rims!! None of these issues were even mentioned when I test drove the vehicle. I asked what the noise was coming from the wheel well and the salesman comically said it was the performance tires which was simply the most ridiculous explanation I could have heard. I told him to take care of the noise. All they did was transfer the wheel to the back reducing the noise to the point it was barely heard. The only thing that was taken care of was the brake light. What bothered me wasn't the fact that the issues appeared but the mere fact that they so dishonest about the condition of the vehicle. They attempted to use the whole "you bought the vehicle in its current condition" line but nobody in their right mind would purchase a BMW or any vehicle "as is" When I contacted them the salesman blantantly lied that the vehicle had been reduced in price due to the tires being noisy. Again, the tires were noisy because the rims were bent!! He did not mention it, it wasn't written on the sales tag, nor on the internet..in fact, he texted me and mentioned it was "PERFECT" when I mentioned I was considering buying from somewhere else and of course, it was complete BS! Two BMW dealership visits and Goodyear company inspection later, I finally had enough of the back and fourth. The salesman and his immediate manager were simply clueless. Had they done a proper inspection of it they would have realized they what was wrong. To the bare minimum conducted a good inspection in the event you were selling a hazardous vehicle to a potential customer. And if an inspection was indeed conducted, then they blantantly lied, misrepresented the vehicle, and mislead the me. Unfortunately, there isn't enough room to write the rest that occured but they were reported to the Better Business Bureau. This is and was a horrible expeirence. Scheduled an OIL CHANGE for 5:30pm and it took over 2 hours to get done. The wait was absolutely ridiculous with everyone waiting getting increasingly frustrated. The service department either needs to schedule less appointments after hours or have a master technician assigned to stay later. I only brought the car here because our first oil change was free. By the time I left, you could not have paid me to bring my car back for service. Horrendous experience. More
I was buying my first car with my mom and my dad. We had traveled from Bowie to Virginia to look at some cars i found online. We originally did not intend on going to the Ourisman dealership but after a bad experience at another dealership that had the car I wanted we decided to take a look at the auto mall. The Ourisman Kia was the first through the circle so we stopped there. Marcus greeted us first and was very friendly as soon as he approached us. He showed us the used cars and after we told him our price range he showed us an Impala and went and got Chris as well. Chris came out and greeted us and was very friendly as well. We test drove the Impala and went back inside where we sat down with Chris and Marcus. We were immediately offered water, coffee, and donuts which was really nice considering it was very hot outside. I had my heart set on a Saab that i had saw earlier that day and after my dad mentioned it Chris told us that there was a Saab on his lot. He brought it around and showed us all of the cool stuff on the inside and how things worked. I loved it even better than the one before and we came back after the test drive and sat down and my parents and Chris worked some things out. During the very long process of buying a car Chris offered to buy us lunch. We all sat down together and ate Mcdonalds while we waited for paper work and everything else to go through. We ended up buying the 2007 Saab 95 Aero. At the end of the night when it was finally time to take my car home they put a really nice big bow on it for me. Though it turned out that the ballast chip was no longer good so they had to keep the car and order the part. In order to make up for this they gave my mom a 2013 kia optima to use as a rental car since i am 18 i wasnt able to drive it so instead i drove my moms truck. They not only ordered the part they brought my car to me and filled up the tank all the way. Chris and Marcus were such a great help and were so nice! Marcus actually drove my car to me which was really nice. The rest of the staff was very nice and friendly too and also made sure that we were comfortable and had drinks and cracked alot of jokes too. More

It started with me sending an online request for a quote after midnight after I left the other dealer upset and insulted and here is the kind of service we got at Ourisman Chantilly: - Ryan Phlegar One of the sales consultants answered my online request in less than an hour at midnight which impressed the xxxx out of me and made me feel that I am working with professionals. He was also ready to meet with us and answer all of our questions the second day and even stay really late with us after hours to explain every single feature in the car. Amazing service.Thank you. -Daniel Ayala the other sales consultant and in charge of online sales is another professional who made our buying experience a really enjoyable one. No games, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and a true professional. Thanks Danny. - Christopher Bell (Sales Manager) is the man who restored my faith in car dealerships. A true pro, easy going, shows you that he appreciates your business and is the guy behind the great atmosphere we felt and made us buy two Kia Optimas Ex in less than an hour and get an awesome deal. For those of you who haven't taken a look first hand at the KIA models - they are really cutting edge technology and blow the competition out of the water. The cars are well made, have all the cool features of other dealer models, and the cost in unbeatable! The Optima is our second household KIA - we leased the 2012 Sorento a year ago and because were so pleased with that car, we came back! We actually leased the Sorento at a KIA dealership out of state (where we were living) and hands down Ourisman KIA is the place to beat! Ourisman KIA has a friendly and knowledgeable staff, tons of inventory, outstanding customer service, a fun / no pressure atmosphere, and great prices.
