From the outset Henry was the most knowlegable, upbeat, enthusiastic Sales Rep with the best customer service skills I’ve ever experience. As a Sales Rep (retail industry – not automobiles) I’m very critical of receiving great service and am able to size-up someone within seconds or minutes. I visited 4 dealers in 1 day and what I remember most is Henry Hoffer. I live 3 hours away and made the trip for several reasons (in the market for a specific vehicle and speaking to Henry over the phone). What I remember most is his confidence in his products, dealer services, dealer benefits and product knowledge. In addition, he has the ability to answer any question quickly and on the spot without thinking. Henry knows his competition and what Ourisman Kia has to offer in comparison. Where do I start with praising the staff at Ourisman KIA. I walked in on Monday of this week looking to trade my truck in for a more gas efficient vehicle. From the beginning I knew what I wanted and wasn’t going to settle for anything less. The staff there respected and understood my position and continued to work with me with the no problem. The car that I wanted was a very rare color, it was a Corsa Blue Kia Optima with all options except the chrome wheels, Napa leather LED’s and the heated steering wheel. Once I told them that they went to work and by 2:00 p.m the next day they had my car on the way to the dealership. I was able to complete all of my paperwork within 1 hour and was able to take ownership of my vehicle that day. This form of dedication and customer satisfaction is an art that the staff at Oursiman KIA have mastered. I will not only recommend every person I know to visit them a purchase a vehicle from them but I will always look to them for all of my vehicle needs. Henry was very helpful from the minute we stepped out of our car. I went in with the car I wanted in mind and my research done. This was the best car shopping experience and I've bought many cars in the past! So I decided to just wait till things cleared on my credit. So this year I decided it was time to go shopping for a car, I went to Carmax, Kia in Woodbridge, DarCars in MD, and Jim McKay, then I received a call from Terrence w/Ourisman and he asked if he could assist me in getting into a new car. I was reluctant because I have heard it all from all the other dealerships "they can do this, they can do that for me". I decided, why not, they were really nice last year might as well. I'm SOOOOO glad that I decided to go in. Terrence is a very young man, my son's age and I was thinking to myself, what does this young man know about selling cars, LOL, he fooled me, he knows a lot! He was professional, mannerable, and very knowledgable about the cars that he was selling. Purcell talked me into coming back and giving them a shot in selling me a car. Altman Tsang is my KNIGHT in FINANCE! Not only did he promise to keep me at the rate that I can afford, he got a good interest rate for the car. Went to Ourisman Chantilly Kia to buy a Forte on 3-9-13. Just needed cheap, dirty wheels to get to work. Instead they found me a deal on a much nicer Optima hybrid and made the payments work.
