Very satisfied I went in the first time to look at the Highlander. The salesman, Amen, sat down and answered all my questions. I told him I wasn't ready to test dr I went in the first time to look at the Highlander. The salesman, Amen, sat down and answered all my questions. I told him I wasn't ready to test drive because I wanted to look at other brands first. He didn't pressure me at all. I came back to test drive. We talked about the options and I asked for their best price. I spoke to Amen and Arlo and they gave me what I thought was a good price. I left and test drove a few other SUVs. After pricing others I came back and bought the Highlander. They wouldn't give me hardly anything for trade-in on a beat up 2001 Buick. However they suggested I donate it. Amen said I could leave it at the dealership until Purple Heart picked it up. Thought that was nice since we don't have room for another car at out house, More
