His site lead, Arlo, was especially helpful and pleasant to work with in obtaining a respectable and fair price for our Highlander. Chanel, who managed the paperwork and financing aspect of the purchase, was spot-on to the answers she provided, assuaging our concerns with the utmost professionalism. Myra proved very knowledgeable in her explanation of the new vehicle’s feature, saving us from getting a degree from MIT to operate the copious widgets on the new rig.
