They met the challenge I would characterize my husband and I as challenging buyers. We are very hesitant to spend money, especially as much as we did, on what we considered I would characterize my husband and I as challenging buyers. We are very hesitant to spend money, especially as much as we did, on what we considered an optional purchase since my vehicle worked just fine. Denise took it all in stride and even though we had to come back three times before making the purchase, as well as answering a million questions, and bringing a vehicle that matched what we wanted from another dealership. She was very matter of fact and not pushy at all. She helped us feel completely comfortable we were making the right decision without us feeling like we were being sold. I know we were not easy, so I appreciate her efforts all the more. More

Great Buying Experience We met with Denise Myers and explained what cars we were interested in. She efficiently showed us the models we discussed and we took a trial ride. We met with Denise Myers and explained what cars we were interested in. She efficiently showed us the models we discussed and we took a trial ride. She explained our options regarding car selection and financing options. We agreed on price and and accepted the trade n offer on our car. We met with Rico and discussed the financing and service options and prepared all of the paperwork necessary to make the transactions. We were in and out within 3 hours and are very satisfied with the level of service provided by Denise, Rico Caldwell and Frankie in explaining our options and level of service we can expect and in setting up the new car features. We'll definitely be back when we replace our other car. More

I dealt with Mohammed initially in my search for a used Highlander 2016. I was ready to make a deal. He was very helpful and respectful. I give Mohammed 5 stars for his service. The low rating comes from the overall dealer experience and manager who came over when negotiating the price on my trade in. I was told they would give me less than half of the fair trade in value for my car. I was firm and expected full price. The manager came over and told me they would be sending my car to auction and he had called the auction already and that’s the price they would give him for the car. He never called the auction and lied to my face. So dishonest. I can appreciate a negotiation, but integrity is important. Anyway, I said no deal and got up to leave and slowly they started upping the price. I was firm on what I needed for trade in and was asking for my key. The higher up manager than said they’d give me what I was asking. I ended up not purchasing a vehicle from them because the final offer on the vehicle was not a negotiable price and it was slightly out of budget. I will never go back. 6 hours of my time wasted. I don’t take well to liars and will never do business with them. Mohammed gets all the kudos for his professionalism though. Also, the finance guy was really nice and straight forward. Management... horrible. More
