I bought 2 Toyotas (from another dealer because these guys would NOT negotiate), however, the other dealer refused or denied to look at annoying sounds coming from both cars, (Scion xD dash)& (FJ Cruiser rear), Leesburg Toyota gave me the "we cannot reproduce" and the "all FJs on our lot squeak like that"... it was 2 trips of wasted time totally. I brought both cars to this service center (Orismond) and tho the service advisor (the guy closest to the entry bay doors) was pretty short with me, they fixed both issues! Padded the dash and tightened up the rear seat. They took the time to have me drive with them and so on to reproduce the sounds. For me this was a huge deal, when the other shop just blew me off. I'll continue to give Orismond my service business, and when the FSR comes out I'll give them another shot at sales. More

Was a past customer of Ourisman - and will remain a "past" customer. Looked to purchase a car for our daughter and when doing the deal were told they needed an official college transcript for the colle "past" customer. Had been in days earlier and no mention made of an official transcript, only "proof of graduation". We had the "proof" - degree evaluation report and unofficial transcript with the college information, but suddenly that wasn't good enough. As my daughter noted the lack of communication from the sales staff created a crisis for us. We were told they'd hold the deal for 3 days, then it's off along with the college discount and financing rate. With the college in NC, this created some real issues. No options were offered, no finishing the deal with a "We Owe" slip, and the sales manager had a rather aloof attitude about the whole deal. Both the sales manager and finance manager threw the sales consultant under the bus blaming him, yet they did nothing to assist. To boot, we sat and watched the finance manager sit with another finance manager and eat dinner while we sat and waited for him to talk to us!! The attitude of the sales and finance manager as well as poor communications and seemingly total disarrey of the dealership staff reflect poorly on Ourisman. We found another Toyota dealership who bent over backwards to assist, totally professional team, best pricing and service, and now with a new and repeat customer. More

The guy name is Joe 703-488-1772 would not answer my calls. Did not tell me that there was a shop supply charge for check engine light that came on. Told me the total was 120.00 and than charge me 140 calls. Did not tell me that there was a shop supply charge for check engine light that came on. Been there for a safety recall work. Felt bad for getting some free work, so asked them to change the oil and get the vehicle inspected for state safety sticker. As expected from a dealer service station, got a call back with huge list of recommendations. Failed my inspection when I refused to repair a fog light lens for $440. Tried to explain that the state code allows cracks on fog light lens with a print of the state code on fog lights. Refused to listen to me and to comply with the state code. Passed at another facility within 2 days with no repair work done. Filed a complaint with State authority. Tried to push a timing belt change and told me that the water pump is leaking, while I just got timing belt changed 2 months ago. Verified that everything is OK with another facility. Pushed for a tire replacement and when told that the tires were still under warranty from Costco, was told that nobody gives warranty on tires. HONESTY does not exist in their dictionary. Am never going back there. More

I never ever ever write reviews but feel compelled to do so. I purchased a Used Car from Ourisman Toyota with a friendly sales staff person. It seems that everything worked out until I got a call from Ouris so. I purchased a Used Car from Ourisman Toyota with a friendly sales staff person. It seems that everything worked out until I got a call from Ourisman that the titling and registration had a STOP. They recommended that I contact the DMV to get it removed. When I went to the DMV they told me the STOP was on the car and confirmed that my DMV account was clear. As it turns out, the Dealership, Ourisman Chantilly Toyota, never got title of the car, because of the STOP from the previous owner. The Oursman Chantilly Toyota Dealership essentially sold me a car that they did not have title of. Of course, I am left to deal with the mess. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR DECEITFUL PRACTICES. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM OURISMAN. More

After reading the many unfavorable reviews on this dealiship, I decided to visit anyway because the price I was quoted online was so much cheaper than others I had received. Bracing for the worst (pushy salesmen, high pressure sales, etc.), I was completely surprised by the lack of pressure to buy --- I didn't get any "this rate is good for the next 10 minutes only" or anything like that. They were amenable to negotiations in price and the business managers respected my decision to decline all the extra options without pressuring me. My only advice to others would be to do your homework befor buying or financing there --- an informed consumer is in a much better position to negotiate a good deal. If you can, work with Zach Sargent, he was great. He gave my wife and I room to discuss the purchase without hovering over us to make a decision. Nice guy and a pleasure to work with...if only he could have gotten me those floor mats for free, that would have been cool! More
