I was not hassled and the whole process was just good overall. I was really surprised by that. I went to 6 different dealerships that could not put together the deal I wanted. Eric contacted me and I told him the deal I wanted, he said come on in. I went to FOX Chevrolet Security and got a better deal than I imagined. Every one was very friendly, I was not rushed or pushed like I have been before by other dealerships. The selection of new Chevys was great. Adula thoroughly knew the features of every car I asked about. I bought a Sonic LT Hatchback. Adula showed me all of the features, he was very patient with me in showing me how to work my bluetooth on the steering wheel, hooking me up to free OnStar, and showing me how my free XM Satelite Radio controls on my steering wheel worked. Adula showed me how the seats worked in my Sonic and I was surprised that a manual seat adjustment could have so many position options. When I test drove my Sonic I was very surpised and very happy with the powerful acceleration. The cruise control feature will definetly make long drives more comfortable. I have plenty of room in the back with the split-fold seats down for my Golden Retriever, my riding helmet, barn boots, and a cooler. Eric got the deal to go through very quickly, no problem at all. Kristin the Business Manager had all of the forms prepared before I even walked into her office. It was a very quick and easy process. When I contacted my insurance company to add my new car to my policy I got a really good discount because my Chevy Sonic LT has a theft-deterrant system. The other feature I really like is there is a gauge that tells me how far I can go on the remaining gas in the tank. It is a really sporty, efficient, comfortable, and powerful car.. love'n it! and Fox made it happen! More

I originally went to Liberty Ford because I saw all the Jerry Springer commercials and I know my credit is not great. Liberty Ford was such a joke, they tried to push a used car off on me when I wanted a n Jerry Springer commercials and I know my credit is not great. Liberty Ford was such a joke, they tried to push a used car off on me when I wanted a new car. They even said I needed to give more money down then I could afford and I was there for 8 hours. While I was at Liberty Ford, Maria Pinckney from Fox Chevrolet called me up and did all my paperwork over the phone, she said she could get me in a new car. I left Liberty Ford and went to Fox Chevrolet and Maria had me driving away in a brand new 2012 Chevy Sonic. I even got the monthly payments to what I could afford with an interest rate that wasn't even the state maximum and I have bad credit! Fox Chevrolet was so professional and you can tell the dealership is very clean and well taken care of. Maria offered us bottled water and made us feel welcome and at home. She took us on a tour of the dealership and service department and took us on a test drive and explained all the features of the car. Fox Chevrolet is the best and I wouldn't shop anywhere else for a vehicle now. I also recommend you do all your business with Maria Pinckney. She is the best!!! Fox Chevrolet is a class act dealer and easy to deal with. They don't beat around the bush and you can be in a vehicle within the hour and on your way home. Don't go to Liberty Ford, go to Fox Chevrolet for all your auto needs and ask for Maria and tell them John Plaster sent you!! More
