I requested to speak with the GM of this location. Irene called me back with two other managers in the room, how rude and uncomfortable. The conversation went no where. There was no resolution just a TON of excuses and Bragging about how good there customer service is. Hmmm, I don't see how this is true if my original car keys were thrown in the trash and my car was damaged. The reviews are real in accurate your taking a risk with this location. At this location your a value of 0, they ask you to give them a perfect survey score because it helps them. What a way to hide the truth, and care nothing about the customer. I would love to get a call and hopefully a resolution from Bobby the owner, or should I just leave a voicemail just to be put right back in the hands of Irene. So uncomfortable and unsettling. More
