Bryan, the Sales Manager, reached out to me via email late on a Friday night to work out an out-of-the-door (OTD) price. He gave me a fantastic upfront deal that beat out a competing offer, with absolutely zero games. I placed a deposit to hold the 2027 Bolt EV that night, and when I arrived early Saturday morning, they already had everything ready to roll. Bryan introduced me to T, who looked after me for the rest of the visit. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me a great test drive. She sensed right away that I already knew the car inside and out, so she didn't waste time trying to "sell" me on features or push unwanted add-ons. Even the finance department was a breeze—in and out in less than 15 minutes! Before I left, the detailing crew noticed a couple of minor scratches on the side and went completely above and beyond, choosing to buff the entire side of the car so the paint looked flawlessly uniform. We came in ready to look for a new truck. Even though it was raining off and on, Zaki met us quickly. I explained what I was looking for and he found us the interiors and exteriors that I thought I might like. He even had to go to overflow lots to find some of my wish list items. We picked out the truck I liked and while we waited for financing with Hamza, Zak helped me set up my phone app and get a copy of my title from the DMV. It saved us from making multiple trips and I'm sure many phone calls. A great experience in what is normally quite frustrating.

Extremely disappointing experience. Abel from the service department repeatedly told me they were still waiting on parts for my infotainment system and grille, but no one ever contacted me after the parts arrived. I was later told the parts had been returned, yet when I called the parts department, I was informed they had only been sent back the day after I called. The conflicting information and lack of communication wasted weeks of my time. Now the dealership is closing, my repairs were never completed, and I have to start the entire warranty process all over again at another dealership. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

I am completely disgusted with the manner in which this dealership works. My husband & I went to the TATE CHEVY to purchase a vehicle WITHOUT utilizing the financing of this company (meaning we were paying "cash" for the vehicle by using financing from our Credit Union). After we were chose the vehicle and agreed upon a price, we were still asked to submit a credit application in the event there was a "problem with the check". We explained that we did not want our credit to be run, however we signed the form and added next to our signature "Not to be run unless there is a problem with the check from ___ bank". When we finally were taken to the finance manager, Brian T. McCabe, to sign-off on the vehicle, it was brought to our attention that TATE had run a credit report. It seems that it was not relayed to us that TATE has a company policy to run a credit report on ALL customers that use any other form of payment other than their financing. After 4 hours of belaboring the purchase of the vehicle, we were informed that there was a 10-day waiting period before we could accept delivery of our vehicle. Upon further investigation we were not the first to be "duped" into this scam. I am disgusted by the practices of TATE CHEVY and warn all that wish to purchase vehicles from them.
