Customer service with Martin Gonchar Recently came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was advised that the valve cover gasket was leaking, which was a significant repair. I knew Martin was not trying to up-sell me on unnecessary services like at some dealerships because I had experienced this same issue with my car before and the same symptoms started again not long ago. They were able to get my car finished and ready within just a couple hours and Martin kept me updated the whole time and worked to get me a few discounts as well.
