Everyone is always pleasant and the work has always been done correctly. I have never had to take my car back because something was not done correct. They always explain everything and give you and estimated time your service will take. The same service tech works on your car each time. It is like personal service. Jon is the name of my Tech and he has always, every time fixed my car perfect. I strongly recommend this dealership. I brought my jeep here and always take it here for maintenance. Great Place. The waiting room is very comfortable and has a machine you can make coffee, tea, etc. for no charge. Also TV and vending machines. Makes you not want to go home. More

I started out using Truecar.com in order to get an idea what I was gonna spend and to get a truecar guarantee. Not only are they a certified truecar dealer but they honored my guarantee on a Wrangler that didn't exactly match the Wrangler I priced out. I started out speaking with Sylvia through email talking about what I was looking for and getting myself prepared to come in. Once I was ready I came in and met with Jeremy, both Jeremy and Sylvia were EXTREMELY nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I spent the day test driving and going over things with Jeremy and I gotta say he would do whatever he can to help and make the whole deal of buying a car painless. During the time they were checking on things like credit, test driving my trade in, Jeremy was excellent at keeping you distracted during the wait. Great to chat with. Honestly everyone there is down to earth and is willing to talk and do what they can. Compared to their competing Mopar dealers (Dodge/Jeep) they blow them out of the water. In the past couple of years I have converted both my wife and dad to get service on their Toyota's at Ourisman Jeep. This last visit is why I am writing this review. I was taking one of my Nissan NV200 work vans to Nissan to get serviced. I decided to go to Ourisman and Jackie last minute because of the trust I have in them. Needless to say I made the correct decision. I was explained what needed to be serviced, what didn't, what should be done in the next 10K miles, and other things to watch for. I also want to give some recognition to the team that is turning the wrenches. I have no idea what your names are but do know myself, my family, and my business all appreciate everything you do for us. In my eyes there is only one place to get a vehicle serviced, not matter the make and model. More

Jackie Pressman...Outstanding Customer Service We are writing this review specifically for Jackie Pressman. My wife and I drove up from Florida (where we live) Friday June 17th to visit with fa We are writing this review specifically for Jackie Pressman. My wife and I drove up from Florida (where we live) Friday June 17th to visit with family for a few days. Toward the end of our drive 3 lights appeared on my dashboard...ABS, 4-wheel drive, and tracking control. All day Saturday I was on the phone with numerous Jeep dealerships throughout the area...I even drove to a couple...and nobody would even look at the car. I explained our situation and was just trying to get someone who could at least perform a diagnostic to determine if this was a serious safety concern...since we had to drive back to Florida. The earliest any of those dealerships could even look at it was a week to ten days out. So first thing Monday Morning I decided to continue to search for other dealers outside the immediate area. The first one I called was Ourisman...and I was lucky enough to speak to Jackie. I explained my problem and she immediately understood my predicament and asked if I could bring the car right in. I did that and told her I would wait until she got a chance to have someone look at it. Later Jackie informed me that one of the wheels needed a new sensor but they did not have it in inventory. Jackie offered two options...she could...order it from New York and it might come in by Friday...or check with other dealerships to see if they had the part on hand...and if so she would send someone to pick it up and make sure my car was fixed by the end of the day. Jackie found dealer in Rockville and then offered me a loaner car rather than have me sit and wait for the entire day. In the end the car was fixed and we were able to get back home to Florida. In all my years of experiences with cars and servicing Jackie was by far the most professional, knowledgable, and understanding service representative I have ever encountered. Jackie delivered the highest quality customer service. Many dealers talk about customer service...but this is how customer service should be defined and delivered...this is what builds strong relationships and loyalty. Thanks...Floyd and Laurie Haggar.
