Amazing customer service I recently purchased a 2015 grand cherokee overaland in November. Dealing with the sales team at Ourisman was one of the best buying experiences I hav I recently purchased a 2015 grand cherokee overaland in November. Dealing with the sales team at Ourisman was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. After purchasing my vehicle however, I realized it was not "trail rated" as I had wanted. I called the dealership and explained that I wanted a trail rated grand cherokee with the badge on the side. A minor detail but an important one to me. I fully expected the dealership to ask me for thousands of dollars to trade out of my car due to depreciation. To my surprise, Levi (General Manager) and Justin (Sales Manager) swapped my car for another brand new 2015 grand cherokee with the trail rating badge. I did not have to spend a dime extra to swap cars. I also did not loose the payments I made toward the previous grand cherokee. As far as I know, this is a gesture unheard of in the car sales industry. I am so happy to share this positive experience and truly believe you will have the best buying experience at Ourismen Jeep, Dodge and Ram of Clarksville. James More
