everything was great during the purchase. until i left with one dead key fob and had to immediately go to the gas station and fill up the jeep i bought. after waiting to get the call to pick until i left with one dead key fob and had to immediately go to the gas station and fill up the jeep i bought. after waiting to get the call to pick up my tags , i finally called (after they told me they would call me) and they had been sitting there. i was told i'd get my full detail when i picked up my tags (because it wasn't detailed when i bought it) but when i got there they told me it would be six hours and to go spend my money on a detail and send them a receipt which at this point i don't even think they would reimburse me. so today i had a scheduled appointment for my first oil change at 2 pm (so i thought, since i made the appointment this past wednesday) and they told me they have no record of an appointment. i expressed my frustration and the "general manager" had an attitude, sent me down to sit in service and completely ignored everything else i was frustrated about. they didn't do the complimentary wash with the oil change which is whatever , but it came back with greasy fingerprints all over the front doors and hood. im sure once they see this they'll be glad to hear that ill never be back for anything until my transmission which is clunking needs to be fixed under the "warranty" i HOPEFULLY have. More
