I regret having to even give this company 1 star. The service department is either inept, greedy, or all out deceptive (on the take?). They lied to my warranty holder (Stellantis), stating that I The service department is either inept, greedy, or all out deceptive (on the take?). They lied to my warranty holder (Stellantis), stating that I needed $12K work done to a car worth $8k (including a $9k transmission). The warranty holder immediately bought out my warranty. None of the work was necessary. I've been driving the van for 7 months since the incident and the transmission is going strong. They wanted $3k to fix an oil leak, which was fixed by a local shop for less than a $1k. The oil wasn't even coming from the location Ourisman said it was. Now my lifetime warranty has been canceled and these guys are blaming me. I've had to have a bit of work done to the van since, all smaller jobs that would have been easily covered by the warranty. The staff here are despicable. More
