I brought my Bolt into the service center because the security system was beeping and displaying the message that the charging door was open, which was not the case. After the multipoint inspection, Sea security system was beeping and displaying the message that the charging door was open, which was not the case. After the multipoint inspection, Sean came to me to explain that the faulty alert was found to result from debris interfering with the charge door sensor. I appreciated that he gave me a brush and demonstrating how to use it in case the debris problem reoccurs. More
