Fast and friendly sales experience Bought a new 2020 Pacifica from Ourisman. I did my research online and really had all the information I needed coming into the dealership. Tyler Walke Bought a new 2020 Pacifica from Ourisman. I did my research online and really had all the information I needed coming into the dealership. Tyler Walker was friendly, knowledgeable, and low pressure. His manager, Simo overall was great, but definitely gave me all the 'salesman speak' ("I'll lose my job if I give you this price", "You have 15 minutes for this offer", "I just made a sale which will let me take off X much"). However after all this, I feel like I got a fair price considering the model/options/color/rebates. The dealership let me drive 65 miles round trip back to my house to see if the car would fit through my garage door frame (it didn't without manually folding the mirrors). I appreciate that they let me do that. It was pretty low pressure and relatively painless experience. After the price was settled, I was through title/finance in 30 minutes as I had to leave for another event that night. I came back the next day and the car was ready and detailed. After about 30 minutes of checking it over, I was on the road and back home. Tyler offered to walk me through the tech of the car and gave me thorough attention throughout the process. Other dealerships/salesman made me wait quite some time to answer questions or offers, so I'm glad to have given business to Ourisman Chrysler, Bowie. Edit 6/5/2020: Also, this isn't a knock on just this dealership, but all Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge dealerships in this area. The advertise a internet price that is far unachievable by the time you discuss pricing at the dealership. There were all sorts of incentives that most folks won't qualify for and they take out the delivery/freight fees on the internet. Very 'bait and switch'. Didn't leave a great taste in my mouth. More

Got right in! Normally there is a two to three day wait but when I told them my Air Bag light was on they got me in the next day. Natasha kept me informed from start to finish. I could not ask for better service. Even the cashier was great. When the porter didn't respond to bring my Jeep around to the front of the dealership, she went and got it herself. When the car arrived, I noticed they had plastic covers on the seat and steering wheel and a paper mat on the floor. With this pandemic going on I thought that was exceptional fore thought for their service folks and for the customers. Well done Ourisman Service Department! More
