Appt. for oil change--waited - 2 hrs, hadn't started yet Had appt. for oil change at 1:30. Got there was told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. (What 's the purpose of an appointment?) However, after waiting 2 hrs approached the male service manager who apologized but said they hadn't even started yet. The worst part of it is that if the svce. mgr. had told me after the passage of some time that it was going to be even longer, I could have decided to leave, which I would have done. At this point I angrily left, still needing an oil change, I certainly will never go to this dealer again! More
New Team, Better Service I have been using Ourisman Bowie for many years to service my 2003 Cherokee, then my 2011 Cherokee, then my 2017 Ram truck. I purchased the 2011 used I have been using Ourisman Bowie for many years to service my 2003 Cherokee, then my 2011 Cherokee, then my 2017 Ram truck. I purchased the 2011 used from another dealer and found numerous issues that I brought to Ourisman to fix. They fixed each one but I always had issues with getting answers from the Service Manager. I recently had an issue that I talked to the new Service Manager about and was very pleased with Scott Donaldson's willingness to discuss my options. When the meeting was complete he turned me over to Rochelle Sabino to schedule my vehicle for service. Rochelle took me through what she needed from me to get the warranty work completed on my 2011 and also scheduled my 2017 truck in for a couple of recalls. Rochelle kept me fully informed through the entire service period and has continued to track the parts for the warranty work. The new service team has greatly improved the service experience. Thank you Rochelle and Scott. More

Would like to see more healthy snacks in the snack machine though and in the waiting area could the lights be dimed a little there is a lot of glare on the TV and I noticed a lot of people sleep early in the morning when they are waiting. Just a suggestion. More
