Tried to Diagnose Recurring Problem The Service representative kept my 2018 Cherokee for two weeks trying to get the vehicle to duplicate the electrical problem so it could be diagnosed. The Service representative kept my 2018 Cherokee for two weeks trying to get the vehicle to duplicate the electrical problem so it could be diagnosed. The vehicle has had dead batteries on two previous occasions for no reason and during the most recent event, the vehicle went into LIMP mode after every warning light went out. Had the vehicle towed and after it was charged and put on their diagnosis machine it came out normal. So, the vehicle was driven on short trips by the service department, to no avail. Unfortunately, I have the vehicle back and am waiting for it to duplicate the problem. Bottom LIne: I will never buy a Jeep Cherokee again but Ourisman Chrysler Jeep has bent over backwards to find the problem to no avail. More

Timely Service without an Appointment On Saturday, October 19th I needed routine maintenance for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The service department opens at 7:00am. There were seven (7) cars i On Saturday, October 19th I needed routine maintenance for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The service department opens at 7:00am. There were seven (7) cars in front of mine when I arrived by 7:12am. Although they don't take appointments on Saturday, my car was serviced and I was able to leave the dealership around 9:45am. The service department was efficient, professional and timely. Thank you Rochelle! And, I'll remember to bring my wheel lock key on my next visit. Lastly, I need to say "thank you" for having a variety of beverage options. It was a wonderful surprise to know that I could have hot tea in the waiting area. Most locations only offer coffee service. It's great that someone gave consideration to tea drinkers. More

I called first to give the center the symptoms to ascertain if there may be an electrical problem since the screen was not responding to any touches, radio wasn’t playing and phone was connected but not functioning. I waited until I arrived at the center to turn the vehicle off. I then tried to crank the motor but the battery was dead. They ran a diagnostic and the battery failed, I don’t understand why since the battery was dead, cost $90. New battery was installed and about 4 hours after arriving I was on my way again. More

Purchasing a new vehicle can sometimes feel overwhelming, but at the same time should be an exciting occasion. As soon as I walked onto the show room floor, I saw the vehicle I wanted. Inept Made an appointment for my first oil change and to get two warranty issues looked at. They suggested a noon appointment. After 4.5 hours of waiting, I ask where my car is and its out back, they hadn't even looked at the warranty issues. When I asked why it was 4.5 hours for an oil change and no one told me the status, I was told "oh, they shouldn't schedule appointments at noon, they know nobody is here." Six days later I'm still waiting on a return telephone call from Levi, the General Manager, who apparently doesn't speak with customers. Find another service center if you want quality service. More
