Raymond was helpful from the moment he answered the phone during my initial call to the moment we arrived to test drive and purchase my new vehicle. He guided my mom and I through the process and made us feel comfortable. He was kind and gave us a fair deal. Everyone was friendly and gave us a good experience considering we kept them there until about 8pm when closing is 7pm I believe. It was a long day considering we got there sat 3:30pm but it was well worth the outcome and I am a happy customer and got the car I wanted. I would work this dealership and Raymond again. Great People - Slow Service The people in the service department are awesome! I’m only pointing out this problem with the hopes they’ll find a solution. I’ve brought my vehicles to this dealership for service for the past two or three years. It’s always for an oil change, tire rotation, and an occasional car wash. I’ve probably only had my car washed twice. There were a few times there was a recall, which takes additonal time. Every time I’ve gone, it takes at least two hours. That’s a long time for just an oil change and tire rotation. It would be great if they would go to an appointment system or an express service for oil changes. I will say because of growing weary of the wait times, I’ll most likely find another place for routine service. More
