2018 Jeep Latitude Plus Recall Had a recent recall to take care of and Chuck was very aware of the problem completely reassured me about bringing it in and how long it would take pl Had a recent recall to take care of and Chuck was very aware of the problem completely reassured me about bringing it in and how long it would take plus I was assured they had whatever parts needed to fix it. I did just as I was told, Chuck called me when my vehicle was ready, which was pretty much the estimated time, only took few mins to get it, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked that it was explained in detail how to drop the vehicle off the night before if needed. More

Delivered great service and delivered my car on time! Called and then went in for my first service at Oursman Chrysler/Jeep. When I arrived, the service tech advised me that it would be at least 2 hours Called and then went in for my first service at Oursman Chrysler/Jeep. When I arrived, the service tech advised me that it would be at least 2 hours before the car would be done. I then asked the Service Manager if he could insure me that my car would be done by Noon (12pm). The car was delivered on time with all of the service completed. More
