I did just as I was told, Chuck called me when my vehicle was ready, which was pretty much the estimated time, only took few mins to get it, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Delivered great service and delivered my car on time! Called and then went in for my first service at Oursman Chrysler/Jeep. When I arrived, the service tech advised me that it would be at least 2 hours Called and then went in for my first service at Oursman Chrysler/Jeep. I then asked the Service Manager if he could insure me that my car would be done by Noon (12pm). The car was delivered on time with all of the service completed. More
