Lauren Smith was my sales consultant and what a great attitude. She focused on my needs and found a vehicle that ticked all the boxes. Ok, now you would expected the pain to start with the price negotiations. The sales manger came back with the price points we had discussed and I couldn't believe it, where do i sign, hurry before they change their minds. Now more pain spending time with the finance manager, ugh. Nope note here, Carl Goode gave several options, and let me pick the best for me with no pressure. Last year when my wife and I went to Ourisman Chrysler in Bowie that changed, and with my purchase of a Dodge Durango with the assistance of Raymond Walford this past week I can safely say that no one need ever go through that pain inducing process ever again. The reason, quite simply, the customer representative Raymond Walford is the consummate professional that aids you in selecting your vehicle and guides you through the paperwork process rather than “selling” you a car. The process at Ourisman was efficient, simple, and free from pressure. We came into the dealership knowing that we had two different vehicles in mind, a Pacifica or a Durango. With Raymond Walfords kind assistance we went through what our requirements were for a vehicle, such as AWD, towing capability, seating capacity, and cargo space especially vis-à-vis our dogs. It was clear after that process that a Durango feet our needs and after a check of inventory for our color and equipment desires we were test driving within minutes. The Durango sells itself so we initiated the negotiation and paperwork and came to an agreement and signed off on a finance contract within the hour. I am now as happy as can be with my 2017 Durango that I purchased stress free!!! More
