They sell great cars but, the service is a disappointme We bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2013. All of the service has been at the dealership. When they sell a new car, they offer the Ourisman Advantage. We bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2013. All of the service has been at the dealership. When they sell a new car, they offer the Ourisman Advantage. The advantage offers a car wash with service, a loaner car program and full exterior detail every 24 months. When I went for scheduled today's appointment, I asked for advantage benefits. I arrived at 6:30 AM but they didn't have a loaner car available. When I asked for my detail, they said that I needed to bring the car in earlier, service starts at 7:00. They promised to hand wash the car, and I agreed. When I picked up the Jeep ten hours later, it had not been washed. I am so disappointed in their false advertising and not fulfilling their words. I picked a terrible dealership to buy my Jeep. More

Rhino Wrangler Lauren and Ron Ward were great to deal with in the purchase of my new JKU. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted in a Wrangler. After an exhau Lauren and Ron Ward were great to deal with in the purchase of my new JKU. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted in a Wrangler. After an exhaustive search of available options, I decided to have my jeep ordered from the factory, but it didn't end there. I wanted a lift kit and big tires. After discussing the options available, I chose to have Ourisman install the mopar lift kit and picked out 20" rims and 35x12.50 tires. They were able to get the jeep fitted with a back-up camera and heated seats in the rear. I could not be more pleased with the way it turned out. It is definitely a head turner. Thank you Ron and Lauren for guiding me through the process. More
