Oscar in their sales department was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I would give him 5 stars. My experience at this dealership was very mixed. I brought my car on a Wednesday morning to get serviced and I informed them that I needed to leave on Sunday so I would need my car by Saturday. If a part was needed but wouldn’t arrive until after Saturday I asked them not to do anything to my car. They verbally told me they understood but they didn’t even look at my car until Thursday. They informed me and I would need a new transmission control module and would need to order one. After re explaining that I needed my car by Saturday they said they would see if they could get the part from nearby dealerships. I told them that would be fine and then didn’t hear back. Since I was working Friday I went in on Saturday to get my car but not only did order a new part that wouldn’t arrive until Monday but they sent it the old TCM so they couldn’t even put it back in my car. Since I’m in the Military I didn’t have a choice and I had to leave on Sunday to report to a School. I ended up buying a new vehicle since my other option was to hold onto their rental for a couple of months and take it out of state (which I wasn’t allowed to do). I was saving up for new vehicle anyway but I had zero intention of buying it from here and was planning on buying it after I got back. Oscar was extremely nice and very friendly. He stayed in touch after I left and personally brought my vehicle back to my apartment. If you are looking for a new vehicle definitely ask for Oscar. If you are trying to get your vehicle serviced find somewhere else or get everything in writing before hand. They will hold onto your car for 24 hours then try to call you to get verbal approval. Don’t agree to anything until they send you and email with what you need and your expectations. They will not provide a rental vehicle either. You will have to pay for that separately. Overall their vehicle service is bad and overpriced and Oscar is a great guy. More

I worked out a $25,000 out-the-door (OTD) price via text with a salesperson for a 2021 Honda Pilot. Late Saturday night, they tried to rush me into a deal with a "today only" price, but the salesperson explicitly re-confirmed the $25,000 OTD offer via text the next morning. We discussed this agreed-upon price in time-stamped text messages the next day. Right before driving to the dealership, I asked for the detailed itemized OTD quote. At that point, the salesperson claimed via text that the deal was "only for last night"—as if I was just reminiscing about an expired offer while planning a trip to the dealership with no agreed price. r. Re-confirming a written quote only to walk it back and jack up the price before you walk in the door is a classic bait-and-switch. I have every single time-stamped message proving it.
