Bryant Jones is the best guy they got there by FAR and it’s not up for debate. Outstanding professionalism and gets the job done. I had to take my Jeep and Durango back multiple times for service due to it’s not up for debate. Outstanding professionalism and gets the job done. I had to take my Jeep and Durango back multiple times for service due to a couple of incompetent service advisors that did not do their best to resolve their issue, but Bryant did and got the job done on both vehicles! Give that man a promotion, he deserves every pay raise he gets and more. He’s single-handedly keeping this service department afloat and you can tell from other reviews from customers how great he is. If it wasn’t for him I would take my business elsewhere. I scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic through their website, but when I showed up, I was told they don’t do diagnostics on weekends. Not sure why their website allows you to schedule one if that’s the website, but when I showed up, I was told they don’t do diagnostics on weekends. I ended up having to reschedule for a weekday, only to be told when I came back that I’d have to leave my vehicle overnight and possibly through the weekend just to get the diagnostic done. The whole process was frustrating and a complete waste of my time, I ended up just getting an alignment done. I was also told I needed a new radiator and was quoted nearly $3,000 for the repair. That seemed ridiculously overpriced, especially after everything I had already dealt with. Between the scheduling issues, poor communication, and outrageous repair quote, I definitely wasn’t impressed. I’d highly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major repairs here.
