Good afternoon Mr. Sarkis, Your wife brought your Ford to us last week. We have good-willed a battery for you in your 40,000 mile Ford Fusion that you purchased three months ago (not covered under Warranty). I talked to you personally on Saturday for roughly 45 minutes and explained to you what coverages you do have and what coverages you do not have. I provided your wife with a brochure outlining the coverages you do have to ensure you understood the coverages. In the event you are not satisfied with the coverage the warranty provides I mentioned it is cancellable. Currently, your vehicle is at Ford and Thomas our service Director has been trying to get an update without any luck. You talked to him earlier today as well as myself. At this time we do not know if the issue will be covered by the warranty you purchased we cannot authorize a rental car as the warranty company will not cover it and must be diagnosed first. We have already good-willed the battery for you and understandably cannot good-will a rental car for an uncertain number of days knowing it may not be covered as the vehicle has not yet been diagnosed and I am certain that you will not agree to pay for the rental if your concern with your Ford is not covered by your Warranty. I apologize for the aggravation that this has resulted of this. I'm happy to go over the paperwork with you and/or along with another member of our finance department in person to provide additional clarity to you. I hope FORD can return to us a diagnosis fast so we can get this issue resolved in as timely of a manner as possible. Thank you for your business and I'm sorry you're experiencing some issues with your vehicle. I hope they are all resolved soon. Mr. Lepage: once again Mr. Lepage responded claiming he spoke with me Saturday for 45 minute , that is another lie , he spoke with for 45 minutes on Thursday when he gave me nothing but misleading information. I only spoke with you Thursday and Monday. I have my phone record to support my claim. Mr. Lepage please get your fact straight. I will be uploading my phone records for proof. When I bought the Warranty the pitch was when something goes wrong it will be very convenient , you make an appointment ,you bring your car and will give you a loaner , it took them 5 days and after repeatedly complaining they still don't know what is wrong with my car and they finally agreed to give us a rental car and now we finally have our car back. Our car is at ford because they can't fix it, he said if it is not Jeep or toyota they only fix minor repairs, yet when they sold us the warranty the pitch was about convenience. he expected me to take the car to Ford and wait 5 days without a car to find out what is wrong with my car and only for then they will make the decision to give me a rental car or no, none of that was even remotely mentioned when they sold us the warranty. They still sold us warranty on a car they can't fix unless minor repair. Yes Mr. Thomas is following up on the 5th day after going and complaining on social media and escalating the issue. Mr. Lepage if you like me to go into further details please don't hesitate to ask...you are entitle to your own opinion but not your own set of facts.
