Worst experience words can't describe. Dear Sir/Madam, my name is Alex Victorovich and here is my story: The event that I want to share with you took place this past weekend, February 29 Dear Sir/Madam, my name is Alex Victorovich and here is my story: The event that I want to share with you took place this past weekend, February 29, 2020. Prior to my visit to Lustine Dodge dealership I inquired about 2019 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye wide body(MSRP$88000) via email. A sales person by name Nicolas Castro responded to my inquiry. We exchanged several emails back and forth where I clarified to the sales person an exact make and model that I was interested in. After that we started discussing the price and Nicolas replied several days later stating that he was sick with flu that the price based on the model and make that I requested will be $845/mo with 0 money down out of the door. I continued with negotiation on the given price and Sales Manager by name Bo Morgan replied to my email stating that he can lower the payment to $799 for 42 month term lease based on the same terms that I required earlier. I thought the figures through and spoke to several other dealers in my area(Vienna, VA). I replied that 42 month term was too extended to my liking and all of the sudden I receive a reply from a General Sales Manager by name of Mike Tatum. I told Mike via email that I would be comfortable paying $750/mo with 0 money out of pocket out of the door to which Mike responded that if I show up before the close of business on February 29, 2020 he guarantees $750/mo for 36 months with just first payment out of the door. I replied with thank you and that I will be there in the afternoon on February 29th. Once I arrived to the dealership Bo Morgan greeted me and introduced me to Nicolas Castro who was assisting other clients. I sat at the table anxiously waiting for my turn. 15 minutes later Nicolas Castro approached my desk and asked me to follow him so he could show me the car. We walked outside where Nicolas started up the 2019 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye via remote start. I told Nicolas that I don’t need to drive since I have test drove that vehicle previously. I returned back to my seat and Nicolas continued to assist his previous clients. Ten minutes later Nicolas approached me and asked me to provide the keys to my truck that I was planning to turn in- I handed him the keys. Twenty more minutes of boredom passed by and all of the sudden a gentleman approached my desk and introduced himself as Mike Tatum, General Sales Manager. He was nervous and deceiving as he spoke, I felt that something does not feel right, yet I continued to listen. Mike informed me that there has been a mistake and that he entered a wrong stock number as he was working on “figures” and that the price he gave me is not on 2019 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Red eye and that we are $15000 apart on that particular vehicle even though Bo Morgan and Nicolas Castro, for some reason, were working on my particular request. I thanked Mike and told him that if he can’t honor the deal that he provided me electronically I wouldn’t be interested in purchasing anything else. I left the dealership with great disappointment in my heart and regret that I contacted such an incompetent and not trustworthy dealership for my car buying experience. I sat in my truck and reread all the communications just to make sure that everybody is on the same page and according to all the emails it was clear that Mike Tatum lied to me without any shame and any consideration. On my way home I dialed Bo Morgan’s cell phone just to get it straight and Bo immediately passed the phone to Mike. Mike told me that he will check things out and will call back, yet he never did. On Monday I went to Lustine Dodge dealership’s website to check if the car is still there and guess what? It was gone- meaning it was sold to somebody else regardless of any commitments we previously had. More

Avoid their website as the prices listed there are only to get you into the building and most likely you will not 'qualify for all of the rebates that were displayed in that particular price.' They have no intention of giving you anything close to what the website actually says. That fact should give you an idea of what to expect from this dealership. I did deal with an awesome salesperson and was planning on driving my new car home. Unfortunately when it was time to discuss price and finalize the sale I dealt with two other gentlemen, which may be a standard process but was still annoying. My interaction with them was less than pleasant. They treated me as though I was an idiot and they were doing me a favor by even having a discussion with them. They then attempted to hand me a truly awful deal. I'm basing my evaluation of the deal on the estimates from sites such as TruCar and KBB. After confirming that I was aware of how bad the deal was and discussing alternatives for what felt like forever but was probably about an hour, they agreed on a decent price. However they then changed the prior agreement regarding the price of my trade-in, which was the original reason I went in. After that I left, the dishonesty I dealt with from them made me question whether it would even be a good idea to get a car from them. More
MISERABLE EXPERIENCE, HIDES DAMAGE, YOU’VE BEEN WARNED MISERABLE EXPERIENCE, HIDES DAMAGE, YOU’VE BEEN WARNED. STAY AWAY I corresponded several times online regarding a used vehicle with Brandon a manager. When I arrived I met Brandon who set me up with Ike a salesman. I negotiated with them both regarding the price of the used vehicle which we finally agreed to terms. Once I got home and saw the vehicle in sunlight the following day it was clear the vehicle was repainted, there was clear overspray on the vehicle. Also during inspection the rear diff was brand new, “extremely uncommon for a 2016 car according to the mechanic, he asked if this was disclosed to me.” NOOOO it was not. I was informed this car was mint with a clean Carfax by IKE. I called Brandon the manager immediately with extreme concern the car had been in an accident, his response was “I don’t deal with used cars” and transferred me to someone’s voicemail. Brandon essentially sold me the used car, then he blows me off a few days later, this response blew my mind, worst customer service ever. No business being a manager, a complete joke. I then called IKE whose response was this is your opinion and you don’t have evidence to support it. He hadn’t even seen the car, a MD mechanic went through it and informed me of these concerns and confirmed my other suspicions. I essentially brought the car back to the dealership and showed it to the preowned director Jesse, he saw the evidence and said they would “make it right and fix the paint and the decal that was removed to repaint, yes part of the decal was missing, not sure how this made it on the lot wo any noticing but it did. I should have noticed but missed it too. Before I left Jesse gave me a copy of my initial review on this website and said “we will make this right but I need you to delete this review. Not happening, they clearly hid damage to the vehicle and since the car was not only VA inspected and also Certified there is no way someone didn’t know. Finally got the car back, the overspray on the door was fixed and the decal was fixed. Once again it was corrected half assed. Instead of just detailing the entire car and buffing the entire car they only did the driver side of the car. The overspray on the roof and hood was still there and white scummy water all over the truck from replacing the decal. They didn’t even wash the car or fix all the overspray, which I clearly pointed out. I decided to cut my losses and just pay a professional detailer to fix everything, Lustine doesn’t care about you once they get their money. The absolute worst car buying experience and most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever dealt with, TERRIBLE. Save yourself a miserable experience and go somewhere else. THEY DON’T DISCLOSE DAMAGE IF ITS NOT ON CARFAX, BE CAREFUL!!!! More

They honored the internet price which was a nice surprise given that many dealerships do not. Sales Consultant Basil Moye and Sales Manager Brandon Shanahan were top notch in reaching a fair deal with me. Finance Manager Daniel Khan worked diligently in securing the financing - this especially after I returned twice to renegotiate the terms (due to my indecision and general lack of knowledge in the car buying process.) Big kudos to him. Finally, General Manager Matt LePage was also extremely accommodating in helping me to renegotiate the final terms. Again, this all happened after I returned twice due to my indecision on the terms. These guys patiently reworked the financing. Thank you once again. More
Unacceptable, dishonest, and unprofessional I want to start off by saying that normally I am understanding and would not give such a low rating to any company. However, my recent experience at L I want to start off by saying that normally I am understanding and would not give such a low rating to any company. However, my recent experience at Lustine Jeep trying to buy a used 2016 Honda Civic was flat out unacceptable, dishonest, and unprofessional. You would think a car dealership would want to sell a car to a customer and get the ball rolling, but wow I guess not. I want to give Jesse Annis, Pre-Owned Director, a special shout out as he was the Sales Manager that created a terrible experience and disqualified me as a potential customer. The Salesman I worked with was decent, kind, professional from the beginning. However, I will note that the follow up was not there and multiple times I was told I would hear back from him and I did not. Let me remind you guys, I am a young professional and walked in with a navy suit in full dress attire. I was ready to buy a car in cash and enjoyed the Used 2016 Honda Civic EX-T (Vin: 19XFC1F37GE018697) during the test drive, and I only needed to do an inspection in order to make sure I was not buying a lemon. After the test drive on October 11th, I told the Salesman I would be returning the next day to get the car inspected--he agreed and had no objections. The next day, I show up the dealership around 1pm and am told that the car is being looked at by a potential buyer and that there may be a deal in the process, so he would not be able to let me get it inspected. Then my salesman brings out Jesse and introduces himself. From the get go, Jesse started questioning my request for the inspection, asking "why do you need to get it inspected, we have our mechanics do...". I told him flat out I don't trust any dealership and am doing an inspection to make sure there are no hidden problems with the car. After going back and forth he agrees to let me 'take it next door' to the Honda dealership to get it looked at, while the 'other deal' was in process. My salesman assured me that I would be able to show up to Honda, even mentioned Jesse used to work at the Honda Dealership next door. I told him flat out that I will have to take the car to my mechanic (about 30 mins away). I also want to mention that I got advice from a co-worker who was a former Finance Manager at Koons. He assured me an inspection is normal and taking it to a mechanic 30 mins away is not out of the ordinary. Of course, they tried to play games and say, there is someone looking at the car---we can't let you take it. I tried 4 different times to work with their demands and go out of my schedule (even mentioned that I would take off of work). Thank goodness, my salesman had terrible follow up and shout out to Jesse once again--because of they're inability to cooperate and accommodate my needs, I took my business to a local dealership and purchased a used 2016 Civic EX. Not only was the Lustine Jeep Civic overpriced, the model (EX-T) is known to have an oil dilution problem because of the 1.5v liter turbo engine. DO NOT GO TO LUSTINE JEEP unless you want to be lied to and waste your time. Once again, I was ready to throw my money to these people and they were not savvy enough to take me as a serious customer. Anyone is welcome to contact me about recommendations in the DMV area for a used car. I will also make sure to post this review on as many websites as I can --Kelly Blue Book, Car gurus, AutoList, AutoTrader, etc. Hopefully this will wake up their management as the Salesman let me know he's been working 5 years with Jesse - I doubt anything will improve with a Sales Manager that has had these imprudent practices for so long. Love my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon! Great dealership! Going in to buy any vehicle can be so stressful and daunting. To be completely honest before walking into the dealership I was a little intimidated as this was my first big purchase as well as my first Jeep. That all changed when I met my salesman, Josh. From the moment I got to test drive my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon everyone at Lustine Jeep had my back. Josh educated me on all the features this truck offered, explained the differences between different trim options and let me know all of the benefits of buying a brand New Jeep! Kibebe who was assigned as my concierge was very helpful in showing me all of the extended warranties that were available and which ones would be beneficial to my lifestyle and what I would be using the truck for. Sham in finance was AWESOME, he worked his magic to get my payment to where I felt comfortable and explained how each warranty would impact my payment ever so slightly and how it was worth it to have the added protection for not much more per month. Rex the controller at the dealership runs an amazing operation! Rex was very present on the dealership floor, interacting with customers and ensuring that every customer leaves his dealership happy and satisfied! I can’t say enough great things about my buying experience. I can honestly say that Lustine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has made a loyal, lifelong customer out of me! More

Herb was pleasant and persistent to follow up with any questions or concerns that we had during the process. He even made sure that we would get a fair shot at appropriate financing after being blindsided by what was being offered to us initially. Dan was great to work with in the finance department. He got us a stellar rate and helped us get appropriate protection for our car without pressuring us to buy a package that didn't fit our needs. More
