He went above and beyond with assistance on gathering information on my service warranty from another dealer, kept me apprised of the work on my vehicle, and was honest about the work that needed to get done. Bryan was professional and genuinely friendly. I also had the pleasure of working with Finance Manager Azmi Sabah. Azmi was honest and helpful in the sale of a new vehicle. I believe Lustine thrives as a successful business because of honest and down to earth employees like Bryant and Azmi. More
Buyer Beware I’ve debated on writing this review for some time now, but the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back recently occurred and I can’t let unsuspec I’ve debated on writing this review for some time now, but the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back recently occurred and I can’t let unsuspecting buyers shop here without having been forewarned. I have purchased two RAM trucks from this dealer (a 1500 and a 2500 Diesel) and this current one (2500) will be the last. I get it, dealerships and dealers are as shady as they get, next to lawyers, but this place and its people are the worst. In my first experience one of the “Managers”, Jesse Annis argued with me that bi-weekly payments would amount to the same as the monthly payments I originally agreed to. The second time we met (when I purchased the 2500) he said he wanted to meet me because he had never met someone with a credit score so high (800+), but that sure didn’t translate into much during the financing, and I guess he forgot about our first meeting. I remember telling the young salesman that the deal I was looking at for this “new” 2500 was “too good to be true”, and as is always the case with too good to be true… it was. The truck I purchased was a 2016 RAM 2500 Diesel with only 900 miles on it. It was clean and looked good, other than a dent across the front of the bumper, but the sales guy assured me it was just sent over from another dealership, all dealer miles, clean “car fax” reports, etc.,… and all this for an awesome price. I’m essentially getting a “Brand New”, albeit older model, RAM 2500 Diesel (Lamarie trim) for less than 60k. I wrap it up with the sales guy, the BS manager, and the BS finance guy and drive home. Days later, I notice the passenger side door handle is different than the driver side; it has one of those little push buttons on it to unlock it when you have the key fob in your pocket. So I try it, and it doesn’t work (odd?). Then my wife takes a ride with me and hears this rattling noise, but can’t figure out where it is coming from. I originally couldn’t hear it, but I can’t hear much as it is anyways with a service connected hearing loss. So I let her drive, and sure enough, there is some strange rattling going on from what seems to be inside the passenger side door (odd??). Now I’m beginning to wonder how “clean” this vehicle really is. I also notice as I take corners, or curves on and off entrance/exit ramps, the bed makes horrible noises as though it’s not bolted down all the way, the bushings are bad or it’s a 20 year old truck (odd???). Then, one of the rubber stoppers/bumpers for the tailgate falls out, I go to put it back in place, comparing it to the one on the other side and see that this one has some plastic push pin grommet holding it in place, while the other is securely screwed in place (odd????). Finally, I am under the truck on a creeper replacing the fuel filters (they quoted me $450 + tax, I did for less than $90 within 30 minutes), and as I roll out from under the passenger side I see that the bottom of the doors, both front and rear, show bare metal developing rust. They appear to have been set on the ground and dragged or scratched against something. I had actually first noticed this about a month after I bought the truck when I was installing the nerf bars, but I was pressed for time, focused on getting them installed, and it was cold, so I didn’t give it that much attention. Now these spots have begun to rust, and easily stood out. I can only imagine I will have to look to replace the doors next spring if I don’t sand off the rust and repaint them soon. Finally, there are several open recalls on the truck. I was told by the service manager I can schedule to drop off the truck over a weekend to have them evaluated, but not to expect a loaner car, as they are first come first serve. So, let me get this straight, I have to bring my vehicle to the dealership I bought it for recall work, but I probably won’t get a loaner? This is my last purchase from Lustine Dodge, or any Lustine dealership for that matter, and if you are in the market for a new vehicle, you should look elsewhere as well. More

Rude and unresponsive on what should have been the easiest deal of the day. I called about a specific vehicle (I provided the stock number), all I asked for was the botto on what should have been the easiest deal of the day. I called about a specific vehicle (I provided the stock number), all I asked for was the bottom line price, and lease payment of the vehicle. I told them exactly what to assume regarding out of pocket costs and any difference in trade value of my current vehicle. Despite this, the discussion kept coming back to “what payment are you trying to get to” which wasn’t a factor for me…just give me a number. I was assured I would get a call back and would have to call them back hours later, still with no answers. Finally after 8 hours the salesman called me back with a monthly payment but no back-up information regarding what made up the cost. Additionally, their trade in offer was below the low end wholesale (and KBB Instant Offer). I fully understand estimating a trade over the phone is difficult, all they had to do was provide the back-up data I asked for and we could have worked through the rest of the deal. Rather than that, the salesman got mad, said there was nothing left to talk about and hung up. I called and left a voicemail for the GM with no return call. The next day, one of the sales managers called me, apologized and said he would get me the numbers within 30 minutes…I never heard back from him. Rather than deal with dealership who clearly doesn’t respect potential customers I called Thompson Jeep in Baltimore, had a price in 20 minutes and drove the extra miles to close the deal. More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I am a long time Dodge owner and have dealt with multiple Dodge dealership and would not go back there if my head was on fire and I needed a glass o I am a long time Dodge owner and have dealt with multiple Dodge dealership and would not go back there if my head was on fire and I needed a glass of water. I went in for service on my Ram truck and as soon as I spoke to the service rep he started trying to sett me things. I explained I had a recall on the truck and had a couple issues. We have had an issue with the rear breaks not engaging causing all stopping to come from the front breaks and a low RPM issue with a front wheel like a wheel bearing is going bad. He brought up services which were not covered by my bumper to bumper warranty and assured me they would be below the computer generated price. (WRONG) he tried to sell me tires and wanted to rotate my tires (with a $300 dollar service to rotate my tires) then he came to me and wanted to flush my entire brake system (my expense) After the recall issues were done and they lubricated my calipers, ($220) I got the xxxx out of there. So I got a couple recall items fixed and spent $220 and neither of my problems were fixed. Service was a ripoff from the minute I walked in. More

My wife and I seriously considered not buying anymore cars from this dealer but we really like and respect Azmi in finance. He is the only reason we stay with Lustine. This trip to the service department was to patch a tire and take care of a recall. Doug did an amazing job relaying all pertinent information and taking care of the vehicle. More
