To begin with, we had the worst experience with getting the finance finalized, having to send and re-send documents to various people at the same location in different departments. I've never experienced this with any previous car purchases of any dealership. We were supposed to have a year's worth of XM radio, but after the three month trial period (that most car purchases come with anyway), it cut off. However we spent so much time already bringing the van in over and over, I just couldn't take bringing it again to get the radio hooked up (as I was told it had to be brought in to extend the XM contract, even free of charge). A month after the purchase, we've already had to get 3 of the 4 tires plugged at least once and had taken it for various ailments (which were "fixed", at least for the time being). While they did everything but the tires (I'm sorry but I felt like even for a used car, the tires should last longer than a month) as "too much time had passed." I get it, that's fine. But while the van was under warranty, we brought it in (the weather was still very mild this winter) because there was no air flow in the rear (we have a rear-facing car seat, so in the harsher temperatures it's vital to have the air in the back). At 35,500 (right out of the bumper to bumper warranty) the air was still not working (the original comment from the dealer was "sometimes it just takes time to 'make it back there.')' We brought it in, they "fixed" it and it was working fine for a little over a week. It stopped working again yesterday so now we have to take it back to have it looked at. It will only be covered if it is the same thing that they fixed previously. I understand policies and even the bandwidth to be able to evaluate/repair cars on the spot over the weekend, but I'm really disappointed we have to take the time off work to bring it back, with two small children. Originally I had planned to purchase a Honda Odyssey, but my husband pointed out the Town & Country and I was impressed. But for less than the year we've had it it has been nothing but headaches and disappointment. My dad said never to trust a used-car purchase, and that the dealer doesn't care what happens once they sell the car, but I'm hopeful he's wrong. More
Azmi is a god There's one big reason why I've purchased multiple vehicles through Lustine over the years, and it is the Finance Manager: Azmi Sabah. This man's face There's one big reason why I've purchased multiple vehicles through Lustine over the years, and it is the Finance Manager: Azmi Sabah. This man's face ought to be shown on Google when you search "excellent customer service" and sort by Images. He is like Leonardo DiCaprio in The Wolf of Wall Street; high energy, determined, and successful. But instead of selling bogus stocks for his own gain like in the movie, Azmi is doing whatever he can to get you the best finance rate possible. You're in good hands when Azmi is taking care of you because he actually cares. He will give you his personal cell number and tell you to not hesitate to give him a ring if you have any problems whatsoever. He's even offered to help me resolve some things that have been hurting my credit score because he noticed them as he was putting in loan offers, believe me when I tell you that this guy is one of Lustine's greatest assets. His attitude and hospitality towards his customers makes you feel like he is their long-time best friend and it's seriously a delight any time you have the opportunity to work with him. More
Bad All Arround NEVER use them. 1. Would NOT stop calling even though I told them I had to wait until the VW recall was done. 2. They were late all the time. A NEVER use them. 1. Would NOT stop calling even though I told them I had to wait until the VW recall was done. 2. They were late all the time. Appointments don't matter. 3. Told me I could pay with my bank card. WRONG. Blamed it on me (I had the text). Then wouldn't let me process a wire transfer. When I told them I wanted all my money back, they relented. 4. They put a lean on the title even though I paid in full in cash. 5. They gave the DMV the wrong address. Now I have to deal with the DMV. There are many options in the are. If they all went out of business, travel rather than deal with these clowns. More
Worse Service Center Ever! Every time I take my vehicle for service I leave angry due to the length of time it takes and the final cost of service. Every time I take my vehicle for service I leave angry due to the length of time it takes and the final cost of service. More

New Buyer Beware Being a first time buyer of a new car, I was not prepared for the pushy sales tactics and deception that would eventually cost me $7,000 in add ons. Being a first time buyer of a new car, I was not prepared for the pushy sales tactics and deception that would eventually cost me $7,000 in add ons. #1 I negotiated with the salesperson to have free Gap insurance but I ended up paying $800 for it and didn't noticed until the next morning. When I confronted them about it, they said they gave me a better interest rate which washes out the cost of Gap. #2 Since I was not confidently declining the protection plans, I was given the contracts for all of the dealer's protection plans. I called the dealer 12 hours after signing the paperwork to ask for a refund on the plans and they declined. The dealer eventually refunded the maintenance plan but still declined to refund the other plans. I understand that I signed the contracts but (in my opinion) it is their job to make sure the customer got a fair deal and I felt taken advantage of. More
