I went into Lustine on Easter with NO INTENTION whatsoever of buying a car. But what can I say, Al was so pleasant, Mike worked so hard to negotiate a good deal with me, and my experience at Lusti whatsoever of buying a car. But what can I say, Al was so pleasant, Mike worked so hard to negotiate a good deal with me, and my experience at Lustine was so enjoyable that I walked out and drove home in a brand new car! Al was a fantastic sales associate, he was friendly, accommodating, personable, knowledgeable, and just overall concerned about the quality of the service he provided. I had to go back a couple of times after the sale for floor mats that were not provided (as they should have been) upon sale date and Al did what he could to expedite the process of getting me my mats by trying to find some in another vehicle; he was upset at how long it was taking for me to receive them from the manufacturer. There weren't any available already on the lot; however, he was diligent in staying in touch with me to let me know when they were available for pick up and was very apologetic at how long it was taking me to receive them. When I went to pick them up and he saw me in the showroom, he came over and warmly greeted me and even hugged me to say hello. Al is a wonderful salesman and I would recommend him to anyone. The experience I had at the last Chrysler dealership up in Alexandria (Passport) was horrible to say the least. The person who sold me my last car (too bad I don't remember his name) couldn't have cared less about my satisfaction, I think because he knew I desperately needed a car; my time (from insurance company) was about to be up on the rental I had from the vehicle I had wrecked. Therefore, the salesman was aloof, wouldn't even provide me with a new GPS disc...the one in the car was a year old, and the GM refused to negotiate a price with me. (I really shouldn't have bought the car, but like they knew, I really needed one that day). I get the impression that Al would have given me superb service whether or not I was desperate for a car. He seems to be the kind of salesman who believes in building relationships with his customers. If we don't move before we need another car, and if Al's still around the shop at that time, I will definitely go to him again. Mike, the GM, gave no less in the way of customer service. Although he was the guy I negotiated with, it was a friendly negotiation and I never felt bullied, though pressure is the name of the game on the negotiating table (I'd much rather deal with a little pressure and have the option to negotiate than go to a dealership (like Carmax) where there is no negotiation and you get the car for the price advertised). I feel I ended up getting a great deal for my car, and Mike worked hard to meet my demands. During the times I had to return for the floor mat issue, he also was around and gave a warm greeting just as Al had. Overall, the entire team at Lustine Chrysler is top notch. I've never walked in there w/out receiving a timely and warm welcome and anyone I have spoken to has gone out of their way to help me. I will never step foot in Passport Chrysler again (I had determined that after I purchased my car from them 5 years ago) but would be happy to go straight back to Lustine when the time comes to purchase another vehicle. I haven't used Lustine's service department yet for oil changes, etc. so I can't comment on that, but I can't imagine that a company who has proven to me that they can provide such exceptional service to their purchasing customers would not also demand the same for their service customers. I hope I'm right in that assumption. More

I recently purchased a new Ram 1500. Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted by Gabe Maxi who walked me through the extensive inventory. He was knowledgeable on the different features of the various Ram models and was very friendly and pleasant to work with. I don't generally care for salesmen but Gabe made me feel welcome. Gabe stayed with me through the trade in of my old vehicle and the purchase of the new Ram. The entire Lustine team worked with me to come to agreeable terms and an acceptable financing solution. Brandi in Financial Services went over all the options available to me and took her time to explain the benefits of each option along with total cost. But the service didn't stop there. When I went back to get accessories installed on the Ram, Jennifer Bartley greeted me at the Service Department and worked quickly to ensure all my needs were met. She arranged a rental car for me and kept me posted on progress. I had a similar experience with Troy Robb when getting another car serviced, which speaks to the pride and professionalism of this department. I have never been treated this well by a service department. But, there is always something that doesn't go smoothly. The maintenance technician discovered that the bed extender was not going to work with the tonneau cover I had selected. That is where Darlene Breeden stepped in to help out. I had been working with her on the purchase of a bedliner that I neglected to include at the time of purchase. She quickly worked with me to swap the bed extender for the bedliner and also executed a refund of money owed to me without any hassle. While I was waiting at the dealer, she even offered her personal car to me if I needed to go get some food. She really went above and beyond to make the entire experience pleasant. I will continue to do business with Lustine in the future. More
I want to make sure that I make the effort to write about my very positive experience with Lustine Jeep in Woodbridge, where I recently bought my new Jeep. I dealt with two individuals: Matthew LePage and Mike Engle. With regard to my sales experience, I was very impressed by my sales consultant, Matthew LePage who clearly demonstrated his professionalism and knowledge. I immediately felt that I was dealing with a sales consultant that cared about me, the customer, as demonstrated by Mr. LePage excellent service. Mr. LePage was very patient and thorough when answering my array of questions about the Jeep. Additionally, Mr. LePage showed me everything I needed to know about the Jeep, and worked with me to get the things that I wanted with the Jeep. Also, important to note is that Lustine sales approach and customer service is fostered by Mike Engle, General Manager of the dealership. The “top –down approach” at Lustine’s dealership is obviously to prioritize customer satisfaction. Mr. Engle definitely demonstrated that Lustine is not only about selling vehicles, but making sure that when a customer purchases a vehicle, the customer leaves very happy. This type of management support is crucial as it will ensure consistency and continuance of excellent service. Thus, I highly recommend this dealership and especially sales consultant Matthew LePage. When dealing with a salesperson in this industry, you certainly want a person that has integrity, is competent, and cares about the customer. Mr. LePage displayed all these characteristics at such a high level, it was refreshing. Mr. LePage made sure that I got what I was looking for, and I believe I ultimately paid a fair price for the Jeep – the key components of a great deal. I have absolutely no doubt that family and friends that I refer to Matthew LePage, will have a great experience and most important they will be happy with their significant purchase. I visited this dealership with my fiance back in October of 2010. We bought a new 2011 vehicle and realized just as we were about to drive off the lot that there were a couple of bells and whistles that we of 2010. Mike Ingle was quick to put us in a loaner until all the issues were resolved and until we were satisfied. Not everyone we dealt with was as patient and attentive with our concerns as Mike, but we had a great buying experience overall. I will recommend this dealership to others but I causion all new vehicle buyers to try to keep from getting caught up in the enchantment of buying a new car. That's how me and my fiance almost drove away in our new Jeep that didn't have all the features we wanted. Thanks Lustine! More
I had been in the market to find me a vehicle that far exceeded the one that I was currently driving. I have seen countless number's of Ram Pickup truck's on the road, and I knew I had to have one. A few month's went by, while I was examining various websites, in order to find the information that I needed, in order to fully understand what a Ram Pickup truck could do for me. I stumbled across an ad for Lustine Dodge - Chrysler - Jeep of Woodbridge, so I decided to go check out their inventory. When I arrived on site I was amazed at the sheer number of Ram Truck's that were at this dealership. It was about a week before I decided to make my initial visit to the dealership, when I recieved a email, regarding the 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 Outdoorsman. I was blown away by the design, the various features that this truck came with and the safety and security features of this vehicle. I decided to go to the dealership and check out this vehicle, that got my attention. I was greeted by MATT LePAGE, Sales Consultant [and all around great guy], at this dealership. He started off the visit with a positive "Hello how are you", and I proceeded to ask him various questions, regarding the exact vehicle that I had recieved an email about, a week prior to my visit. Mr. LePage walked me down to their inventory of Ram 1500 Outdoorsman truck's that they had on their car lot. I began explaining my preferences regarding my vehicle of choice, and he took me over to the EXACT vehicle that I had been considering a purchase of. He briefly went into the showroom and brought out a set of key's for this particular vehicle, that I had requested to examine. We took the truck out of the dealership, in order to give me a professional examination of the vehicle's aspects. While Mr. LePage was going over all the components that were new to this particular vehicle, I can honestly say that I fell in love with this Ram 1500 Outdoorsman. During the time that Mr. LePage was making my introduction to this vehicle, he was very patient, knowledgable regarding my questions and concern's to a particular item, and handled himself in a very distinguished and professional manner. After my intro was finalized I proceeded to test drive the vehicle, I knew right then that I had to have it, along with all the features of this truck, had me sold on it. I allowed myself 2 weeks to think everything through carefully before I decided to make my purchase of this vehicle. Finally on November 23, 2010, I called Matt LePage, and explained that I would be in the dealership that evening to purchase my new truck. When I arrived, I was greeted by Matt LePage, and a few other gentelmen that worked for the dealership. Everyone that I spoke with, were friendly, praised me on my decision to purchase from their dealership and about my vehicle preference, and were eager to assist me in any way possible. When I go to ANY DEALERSHIP, I look for 3 traits in salesman [ INTEGRITY, COMPETENCE, and WILLINGNESS to help their exclusive client's, in the best way humanly possible ]. While I was at this dealership, to make my purchase of this extrodinary vehicle, Matt Lepage [ my contact at the dealership ] DID NOT PRESSURE ME into signing, while I made certain modification's to the asking price of the vehicle, and requested a few bonus items to be thrown in. After we came to a fair price and stipulation's about this purchase, I signed the contract for this vehicle that I own now, and I could not ask for more in a vehicle. Matt LePage in my opinion, is a distinguished part of this dealership, and I thank him for all his support and patience, while I made my mind up, to purchase my dream vehicle with him. I have already started telling my friends about this dealership, and about Matt's unconditional reputation, to help his customers get the vehicle that best suit's them. A few of my friends will be going to the dealership in order to get their own vehicle from a dealership that I consider to be top notched as far as customer satisfaction, and I added that they should refer their interests to Matt LePage, since he gave me a great experience and his solid business skill's, will be an asset to them as well. A couple of years ago, Lustine had taken over the service and sales from another dealership, which had dropped the Jeep product. When I first brought my Liberty to Lustine for service, the mechanic discover and sales from another dealership, which had dropped the Jeep product. When I first brought my Liberty to Lustine for service, the mechanic discovered a problem with the transmission which my service records showed could only have been created by work done during the warranty period at the prior dealership. Lustine service department replaced the transmission for free and did not quibble about it. They accepted the responsibility for the problem and made it right. Since then, every time I have had a service experience with them I have found them to be willing to discuss the full extent of any service that I need, and look for ways to save me time and money. While paying for car repairs and regular service is far from my favorite pastime, the pleasant and conscientious attitude reflected by the Lustine staff helps. I don't know alot about mechanics so it's important to me to feel confident that the work has been competently done and that it is only work that is needed. Lustine provides that kind of service. I did some research on Edmunds.com before coming to the dealership looking for a truck. The staff was very friendly and quickly put me at ease during the truck buying process. They listened patiently to what I said that I wanted and did not impose any pressure nor did they try to sell me a much more expensive vehicle. The only surprises that I received were some excellent features of the Dodge Ram that the salesman neglected to mention. I am extremely happy with my truck and the buying experience at Lustine was actually quite pleasant. I would highly recommend this dealership and the employees I named above if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. I also think that it shows a great deal of confidence if the dealership provides the name of a website (this one) and asks you to rate them! More
Darlene made every part of the experience great. We had spoken to her on the phone, and so she knew we were coming. She had the car we were interested in right outside.
