The addon was never installed and 60 days after purchase I finally requested a refund, because of the lack of commitment from the dealership. The vehicles mileage was under manf warranty but not the time, so no it was not under warranty. I was sold at the time of purchase what I was told was a bumper to bumper warranty. However, the warranty company will not cover the brake sensor which is what is causing the cruise not to kick in. I was also told by Lustine that the dealership included a bumper to bumper warranty for the first 30 days or 1000 miles. The cruise is still not fixed and the products/ warranty from Lustine has not been willing to address it. The ongoing problems and the lack of commitment from Lustines has made my purchase anything but a happy Lustine customer.

I spoke with Kevin at Rte. 1 Pontiac GMC and he informed me that this is a common cause for that and to fix it would cost just under $200. I am authorized by Mike Engle the General Manager at Lustine to refer you to Kevin at Rte 1 Pontiac GMC. I understand that they are convenient to you. His number is 703-494-7121. Mr.Campbell, When we last spoke the car was at my local Pontiac/GMC dealership Star to address the problems. The vechile was already at the dealership when you asked that I take it to Rte 1 Pontiac besides the fact that I reside in Leesburg, Va. The dealership diagnois the problem as the Brake Sensor and replaced the sensor kit. My cost, the deductible, was $82.72, I can fax or email you a copy of the receipt. I would also like to note that when I cancelled by add on and was refunded the cost, the tax I paid on the add on was not refunded. I forward a letter to the accounting department to address the addtional refund for the sales tax charged on the add on that was not refunded. My letter has not been address.
