Troy Robb is to commended for the outstanding customer service he provided to me during this install. Troy called me to keep me up to date, as you did in email, Troy kept in touch with me during the entire process. His follow up shows that he cares for customers and their satisfaction. As a previous Cowles Chrysler Customer, you have won my confidence that you will take care of me. My situation is unusual in that my wife is suffering from a disease that is not curable and I live in fear each day that I may lose her. To have my concern for the care of my car lifted from my shoulders, helps me all the more in dealing with everyday challenges. So, thanks to Troy, you and your team for helping and taking care of me. You can always feel free to use me as a reference to any one that has doubts as to your service. Sincerely Donald Mc Cormick More
Darlene did a great job informing the Scouts on all aspects in purchasing a car such as: financing a car, credit score (Bad vs Good), insurance and of course the paper work one has to do. The Scouts and adults really enjoyed talking with Darlene. Thank you! 1952 Explorer Scouts More
My husband and I popped into your dealership to test drive the white Sebring convertible. Although we were interested in this vehicle, we had no intention of purchasing a car last night, however Darlen drive the white Sebring convertible. Although we were interested in this vehicle, we had no intention of purchasing a car last night, however Darlene Breeden made our visit very comfortable. With her sincere sales approach, we were delighted to do business with her. After a few negotiations with Darlene and Hollis Batts, although the final quote was very good, it did not meet our expectations. We left the office, only to return and purchase the car. One of the reasons we came back was because of Darlene. We would have been “turned off” had she been the typical, high pressured salesperson one normally meets at car dealerships. Throughout the entire time, Darlene made us feel she was working in our behalf. She was interested, sincere and straight to the point, without being forceful or obnoxious. My husband and I feel, more car dealerships should have salespeople like Darlene Breeden, and she should be commended for the way she handles customers. p.s. service department is not so good. seemed very uninterested. This dealership needs a better understanding of customer service, they do not honor their warranites, do not return phone calls. The used car sales office tried to up the phone quoted price, the finance d service, they do not honor their warranites, do not return phone calls. The used car sales office tried to up the phone quoted price, the finance department tried to hold points on my loan, telling me that they don't ever hold point. I purchased an add on and was told they would call to set it up and they never did. I had transmission and cruise problems within the first 2 weeks and they forwarded me to the manufacturer and would not cover the deductible. The dealership does not understand honesty or the idea of customer service. More
I have been in the Washington DC area for a number of years and have bought new cars from several dealerships in the area. I also read a number of bad reviews of this dealership before shopping there, bu years and have bought new cars from several dealerships in the area. I also read a number of bad reviews of this dealership before shopping there, but decided to give it a try anyway since I had not found the deal I was looking for. Bottom line: they offered me a great deal on exactly the truck I was looking for with minimum hassle. And I took it. Why? Because I trusted the people I was dealing with and that trust paid off. I can only say that my experience in contrast with the bad reviews I had read could only be attributable to one thing: the people. I know Mike Engle was brand new when I made my purchase and I was convinced that he was determined to make a difference. He did for me and I think given time his stamp will be put on the whole dealership. He has served his country and has been a Patriot. I think he carries those values over into his work. People make a difference -- sometimes it takes time though. Give these people a chance to earn your business and make a decision based on how they interact with you -- not on some bad reviews that were written about other people in another time. More
Got to say from reading the reviews I must have been lucky. I called about a 2009 Tacoma had a trade and clunker. Well anyhow ended up in the Dodge dealer by mistake(via phone) spoke to Mike and told he lucky. I called about a 2009 Tacoma had a trade and clunker. Well anyhow ended up in the Dodge dealer by mistake(via phone) spoke to Mike and told he could sell Toyota's also. To make a long story short they did not have the truck I wanted ( they never said they did) but did set me up with a great buy on a truck with much more on it, gave me a great number on my trade and clunker. I did research prior and even had pre-approved loan from Toyota. They made the deal quick, no pressure, had me out in no time the salesman even came home with me and picked up the trade. I will admit I was reluctant to go their but maybe the key was I got a great Dodge sales guy who sold me the Toyota. I must also add that I bought a few upgrades waited 2 weeks for them to get in, had them installed in a day they even gave me a rental car for the day why they were installing the upgraded equipment. Overall my experience was great. The only advice I have is do your homework, try to get pre-approved financing and take charge. More
