Luis Galarza makes all the difference! I've not had great luck with Ourisman Fairfax Toyota in the past. Many issues with all the Services I had previously...and none of the "service advis I've not had great luck with Ourisman Fairfax Toyota in the past. Many issues with all the Services I had previously...and none of the "service advisors" really seemed to care about me. I had all but given up hope on Ourisman and was looking elsewhere to service my Tacoma. THEN COMES LUIS... he was not my advisor at the time but he was "given" me when I had arrived. This was a few months ago and he was fabulous then and I asked him to be my "advisor"... This recent visit--was just as good. It was not a fluke...LUIS made sure I was taken care of and informed at every step. I've not had that great of a service in the 3.5 yrs I've been taking my Tacoma there and truly I believe it is because of him. and because of him, I will not venture off to another Toyota dealership --THANKS SO MUCH LUIS!
