Work was completed in less than the expected time. Wait was very pleasant - donuts, daily newspaper, tv, and a free car wash to top it off. Even had the opportunity to catch up with my greeting card shopping while waiting. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. More

Door Noise Finally Fixed Mustafa is my regular service rep and he always gives great service. This time was no different as he listened to my concerns about the squeaky slidi Mustafa is my regular service rep and he always gives great service. This time was no different as he listened to my concerns about the squeaky sliding door in my Sienna that Ourisman had repaired in summer 2017. During the visit prior to this one, I had a different service rep. and shared the same concerns with him. The door issues were supposedly fixed by tightening bolts but started again on my way home from that visit. But now there is no more noise as Mustafa made sure everything was looked at. More
