Some of the dealerships (Toyota and non-Toyota) did not treat me that well or take me seriously, and one of the non-Toyota dealerships flat out ignored me until I was ready to walk out the door. I received respect and attention at OFT then, and was more than ready to return to you all when I was ready this year to purchase my next car, a RAV4. I received the same outstanding friendliness and customer service this time as last time, and was encouraged to buy from another dealership but chose you OFT instead. I would like to come back when I am ready for my third Toyota! More

New tires that took 2 days. It should be noted that my vehicle was ready earlier than expected and the bill came in approximately $200.00 less than what was originally estimated. My mechanic was Dana and he does excellent work as usual [he did a lot of work several years ago on a Camry I had so, I requested that he work on the 4Runner]. I was also given a loaner car to use until mine was fixed. A Camry Hybrid, that car had the most comfortable seat I have ever sat in. I really liked the car from a driving point of view but I would never buy one now because of that ugly front end. Just my opinion. So in closing, I will be back again when the ol 4Runner needs brakes [still have the original brakes for 17 years and 101,000 miles]. More
