Dealership and staff have improved. I had been very skeptical of Fairfax Toyota the last couple of visits, especially since I always seemed to have a minor issue after picking the vehicl I had been very skeptical of Fairfax Toyota the last couple of visits, especially since I always seemed to have a minor issue after picking the vehicle up ( the previous 2 times). Anyways, I brought my vehicle in for a 6 month service and an alignment and I was surprised at how much service has improved. Simon was friendly at check-in and he gave a rundown of the services and the estimated cost. I waited a shorter time than that of a previous time and he came out to update me a couple of times. There were about two dozens of donuts in a display and coffee with a couple of T.V.s on to pass the time. On a side note: I do wish they had extra power outlets along the tables near the windows or near the couches in the showroom part of the waiting area) Simon came back out and brought me to the reception desk and my car was washed and ready to go! It did look new after the wash! Thanks Simon! More
