Service department is awesome. I unfortunately did not purchase my vehicle at ourisman but I certainly wish that I had. I have 2 years Toyota car and I have worked with the service I unfortunately did not purchase my vehicle at ourisman but I certainly wish that I had. I have 2 years Toyota car and I have worked with the service department on many occasions. As a person who doesn't know much about cars it's hard to understand and trust many mechanics or shops. I have never had to worry about that with Ourisman's fairfax location. Every time I am in someone always takes time and explains things I don't understand or have questions about. I have referred a couple people who have bought new cars from there. I definitely know where to go for my next purchase. Thank you all so much for all you do! More

Great Dealership Experience I used USAA car buying service and was contacted by Chris Whitlow who provided me with the USAA buying price that I thought was to good to be true; I I used USAA car buying service and was contacted by Chris Whitlow who provided me with the USAA buying price that I thought was to good to be true; I actually emailed him back to confirm. Upon I arriving for my appointment I was greeted in the parking lot and taken inside to meet with Chris, who introduced me to Richie. Richie helped me find the car I wanted and guided me efficiently through the paperwork. I would be remiss if I left out Darwin the finance manager, he was truly a pleasure to work with. Hands down - In my 30+ yeas of buying cars this has to be the best experience I've had at a dealership. Thanks Fairfax Toyota! Jon More

The sales team listened to what I wanted and the finance team took the time to work every finance option I wanted to see.
